  • SOP Hub — A new Standard Operating Procedures app lets organizations create, manage, and publish procedure manuals and SOPs with QR code access, completion tracking, AI-generated summaries, multi-language translations, and a public self-service portal.
  • Employment Law Compliance Suite — HR teams can now manage a library of employment law rules with business-level overrides, receive automated legal update alerts, coordinate group terminations with WARN Act notice generation, and produce legally compliant separation agreements including OWBPA/ADEA disclosures.
  • Policy Hub — A new app for creating, versioning, and publishing HR policies and employee handbooks, with tracked acknowledgments, multi-language translations, and automated legal update notifications when policies may need revision.
  • Workforce Bots & AI Graders — Organizations can now deploy AI-powered chatbots for employees and run AI graders that analyze handbooks, SOPs, job descriptions, communications, and intranet content — producing scored reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Inspections App — A new Inspections app lets teams build AI-generated inspection checklists, conduct field inspections with GPS and photo annotations, track corrective actions, and generate compliance reports — with offline sync for field use.
  • Native E-Signature — Send documents for legally binding signature directly within the platform, with a built-in PDF field editor, sequential multi-signer workflows, OTP identity verification, and automated signed document delivery — no third-party e-signature service required.
