  • Coverage Autopilot for Shifts — Managers can now use an AI-powered autopilot to automatically detect at-risk shifts, send coverage offers to eligible employees, and escalate unfilled gaps before they become a problem.
  • Service Desk Problem Management — Service Desk teams can now track recurring issues as Problem Records, conduct root cause investigations, publish known errors, and link problems to related incidents and change requests.
  • Service Desk Change Management — Service Desk now includes a Change Management module with structured change requests, Change Advisory Board (CAB) voting, SLA monitoring, and AI-assisted risk and impact analysis.
  • Interview Scorecards — Hiring teams can now define configurable scorecard templates with weighted criteria so every interviewer submits structured, comparable candidate evaluations.
  • AI Agent Governance & Guidelines — Admins can now centrally configure AI agent trust levels, review and approve or reject pending agent actions, and define organization-wide Agent Guidelines from a unified Automation Hub.
  • Mobile App Support — Employees and managers can now access Forms, E-Signature, Onboarding Hub, and many other apps through a native mobile experience with OTP login and mobile-optimized layouts.
  • Advanced Survey Result Filters — Survey administrators can now slice results by Manager, Tenure Bracket, Employee Type, and Performance Tier, with matching heatmap segmentation across all four dimensions.
  • Anniversary Roster in Recognition Manager — Recognition managers can now pull filterable anniversary rosters with milestone-year filtering and CSV export for planning recognition at company events.
  • Interview Guides — Recruiting teams can now create reusable Interview Guide templates and generate consistent Question Sets from them for any interview.
  • Service Desk Service Departments — Service Desk can now be segmented by business function (IT, HR, Finance, etc.) with department-scoped SLA overrides and a department lens filter across all views.
  • Goal Approval Workflow — Employee goals now move through a structured multi-stage approval process with a visual stepper, draft-first creation, and manager actions including approve, reject, mark complete, and cancel.
  • Time Clock Kiosk — Employees can now punch in and out from shared back-office devices using a PIN-based kiosk mode, with encrypted PINs, rate limiting, and per-location session management.
  • AI Writing Profiles & AI Writer — Users can now build AI-analyzed writing style profiles from sample content and use them to generate on-brand communications through the AI Writer tool, with tone controls and weekly digest emails.
