Mobile Views for Workforce Apps — mobile workforce management for frontline employees

Seven core workforce apps now have dedicated mobile-optimized views: Shifts & Scheduling, Leave Management, Timesheets, Time & Attendance, Compensation Management, Employee Data Management, and Skills & Certifications. Each view is built for small screens — card-based layouts, quick-stats summaries, and tap-friendly actions — so workers in the field or on the floor have the same visibility as those at a desk. Managers see a real-time team summary alongside their own schedule, and can navigate to the full desktop schedule when deeper administration is needed.

Use case: A shift supervisor clocking in on their phone checks open shifts for the day, sees two team members have called out, and flags coverage gaps — all without opening a laptop.

Mobile Employee Onboarding — complete new-hire onboarding on any device

New hires can now complete their full onboarding sequence from a phone or tablet. The mobile onboarding flow walks employees through four guided steps — profile completion, security setup (MFA and password), notification preferences, and shift availability — with a persistent progress indicator so they always know where they are. SSO users see a pre-filled review experience; standard users are guided to fill in their details from scratch. Once all steps are done, a confirmation screen marks the session complete. This removes the need for new hires to find a desktop on their first day just to finish onboarding paperwork.

Use case: A warehouse associate receives an onboarding link before their first shift, completes their profile, sets up multi-factor authentication, and marks their weekly availability — entirely from their phone during the commute.
