Release Notes

  • Drive: File Comments — Team members can now leave threaded comments on any file in Drive, enabling collaborative review and discussion without switching to a separate tool.
  • Drive: Move & Copy Files and Folders — Users can now move or copy files and entire folder trees within Drive, making it easy to reorganize shared content as teams grow.
  • Drive: Content Search — Drive search now searches inside file contents — not just filenames — so employees can find documents by what they say, not just what they are called.
  • SOP Hub — AI-Assisted Authoring & Read Attestation — SOPs can now be drafted from a plain-language description using AI, imported from PDF or Word documents, and completed with a signed read-and-understood attestation.

  • Wikis Template Gallery — Six ready-to-use wiki templates (Standard Policy, How-To Guide, Meeting Notes, Onboarding Checklist, Incident Report, FAQ) now ship by default, each with color-coded cards and an in-page preview before use.

  • Talent Hub — AI Insights & Stalled-Candidate Nudges — Recruiting teams now receive AI-generated pipeline insights, automated nudges for candidates who have gone quiet, and scheduled report emails delivered on a recurring cadence.

  • Wikis: Edit Locks and Group Visibility — Wiki pages now prevent simultaneous edits with a conflict modal and "notify me when free" option, and wikis can be restricted to specific groups with access enforced across browsing, search, and AI.
  • Onboarding Hub: Group Task Assignment — Onboarding tasks can now be assigned to a team or group (e.g. "IT Team", "HR Team") so any member can claim and complete the task, with notifications sent to all group members on assignment.
  • Service Desk: Live Directory Dropdowns — Custom form dropdown fields can now pull live data from the employee directory, locations, or departments automatically, replacing static admin-maintained lists that go stale.
  • Training Custom Fields — Admins can now define organization-wide custom fields (11 types including text, date, dropdown, and media) for courses and learning paths, with values surfaced directly on the learner's Course Info card.
  • Vendor Portal — External vendors now have a dedicated self-service portal with passwordless OTP access to view their certifications, documents, and active solicitations — no full platform account required.
  • Contracts Approval Workflow Builder — Admins can now configure sequential multi-level approval workflows for contracts, with up to 10 approval stages and automated notifications at each step.
  • Forms: Scheduled Assignments & Approval Workflows — Forms can now be scheduled to auto-assign on a recurring basis, route submissions through multi-step approval workflows, and automatically email respondents a copy of their completed submission.
  • Ballots: Ask AI Integration — Members can now view pending votes, check results, cast or change a vote, and create draft ballots entirely through the Ask AI sidebar without leaving their current page.
  • Password Manager: External Secure-Share Links — Team credentials can now be shared with external parties via one-time, expiring links — the secret self-destructs after the recipient views it, with no MangoApps account required.
  • QR & Geolocation Event Check-In — Calendar events now support QR code and GPS-based attendance check-in, giving organizers a verified, real-time record of who attended without manual sign-in sheets.

  • Recognition Post Boosts & Award Certificates — Employees can now boost a peer's recognition post with additional points from their own allowance, and managers can generate printable award certificates directly from any recognition record.

  • Company Store Item Watches — Employees can now save store items to a watchlist and receive a notification when an out-of-stock item is restocked, so they never miss a reward they wanted.

  • Secure Notes in Password Manager — Teams can now store text-based secrets (API keys, PIN codes, recovery phrases) as standalone secure notes alongside credential logins in the shared vault.
  • Comms Hub Issue Composer — Issue drafting is now document-first with drag-and-drop block reordering, inline autosave, and a dedicated Review & Send drawer for audience targeting, scheduling, and LinkedIn cross-posting.
  • Must-Read Acknowledgment Tracking — News Feed post creators and admins can now click the read and acknowledgement counts directly to see exactly who has acknowledged a Must-Read post, export the list, and send reminders.
  • AI Podcast Generation for Comms Hub — Internal newsletter issues can now be automatically converted into AI-produced audio podcast episodes with a two-host conversational format, ready for employees to listen to on any device.
  • Live Voice Roleplay in Practice Hub — Employees can now practice high-stakes conversations with an AI persona in real time using voice — speaking and being spoken to instantly, with interruption support, for scenarios where live pressure is part of the skill.
  • Ballots in Global Search — Workplace ballots are now searchable from the platform's global search bar, with results scoped to each user's eligibility so members only see votes they participate in.
