Find Any Setting in Seconds: The Service Desk settings sidebar has been consolidated from 8 separate sections down to 4 clear groupsâIntake, Routing, Tickets, and Advanced. Shorter labels, tighter spacing, and no more scrolling past single-item sections to find what you need.

AI Settings Now Apply to All Channels: AI classification, confidence thresholds, response mode, and related intake settings have moved from the Email Channel tab to a dedicated Intake Processing tab. These settings were always business-wide, but their placement under "Email" made them easy to miss. Now they live where they belongâfront and center for all intake channels.
