Version history is retained in full — there is no cap.

Yes. Turn on "Require Re-acknowledgment When Policies Update" and, whenever a published policy changes, everyone who already signed is flagged to re-acknowledge with a fresh deadline and reminder — so your compliance rate reflects the current version, not an old one.

Each acknowledgment records the signer, the exact version, timestamp, IP address, and device as an audit trail. Employees acknowledge with a confirmed click, or via e-signature when your eSignature integration is connected. Deadlines drive automated email and in-app reminders, overdue items can escalate to managers, and HR gets a weekly low-compliance summary.

Yes. Published handbooks get a public URL with a clean slug. By default that link requires the viewer to log in to your organization; an admin can turn off "Require Login for Handbook Access" per business to allow anonymous viewing — useful for day-one onboarding reading. Handbooks and individual policies can also be exported to branded PDF.

Employees ask the Policy Hub agent questions in plain language through Ask AI. It runs semantic search across your published policy library and answers with citations back to the source policy — it never invents policy content and points users to HR for legal interpretation. An admin can turn the agent on or off per business.

Policy Hub requires a license and is opt-in per tenant — an administrator enables it for your business from the Apps Marketplace, where they also set acknowledgment deadlines, reminder cadence, the low-compliance threshold, translation, and public-handbook options. It is disabled by default until then.
