Already a MangoApps customer? Ask your tenant admin to enable the connector at /admin/connectors.

Custom MCP apps are available on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, and Edu on the web. Workspace admins approve rollout and actions.

How it works

  1. Create the custom app. A workspace admin enables developer mode, opens Settings → Apps → Create, enters the MangoApps MCP endpoint, and completes OAuth and tool scanning.
  2. Scoped consent. Pick from 95+ MangoApps domains — including Forms, Tasks, News Feed, Surveys, Reporting, and Scheduling — and approve read or write access.
  3. Stay in chat. ChatGPT calls tools on your behalf inside MangoApps. All actions are tenant-scoped and audit-logged for admins.

For admins

Every connection is visible at /admin/connectors:

  • See which ChatGPT users in your tenant have authorized the connector.
  • Inspect the granted scopes per user.
  • View an audit log of every tool call (tool name, args, status, latency).
  • One-click revoke — terminates all active tokens for the connector.
  • Write operations are rate-limited per-application; reads at 5,000/hr/token.
