Describe what you need, and Gemini builds the form, drafts the post, runs the report, or finishes the task — directly in your MangoApps tenant, with the same access controls you already trust. Connects through the Gemini CLI and Gemini Code Assist over remote MCP.

Already a MangoApps customer? Ask your tenant admin to enable the connector at /admin/connectors.

Works with the Gemini CLI, Gemini Code Assist, and Gemini Enterprise. Per-app scopes — admins approve what Gemini can see and do.

In the Gemini CLI:

How it works

Add the server. In your Gemini CLI settings.json, register MangoApps as a remote MCP server pointing at your tenant's MCP URL. Gemini discovers the OAuth flow automatically and opens your browser to authorize.
Scoped consent. Pick which MangoApps apps Gemini can access — Forms, Tasks, News Feed, Surveys, Reporting, Scheduling, and 70 more — and which actions (read, write).
Stay in chat. Gemini calls tools on your behalf inside MangoApps. All actions are tenant-scoped and audit-logged for admins.

For admins

Every connection is visible at /admin/connectors:

See which Gemini users in your tenant have authorized the connector.
Inspect the granted scopes per user.
View an audit log of every tool call (tool name, args, status, latency).
One-click revoke — terminates all active tokens for the connector.
Write operations are rate-limited per-application; reads at 5,000/hr/token.
