Release Notes

  • Power Tables Automations — Power Tables now supports row-event and scheduled automation rules: trigger actions like notifications, task creation, AI analysis, webhooks, and approval workflows whenever rows are added, changed, or a scheduled condition is met.

  • Company Card Receipt Tracking — Mango Spend now tracks receipts for company card purchases, with AI-assisted capture, receipt-to-charge matching, and a configurable approval workflow (manager, admin, or auto-approve).

  • Anniversary and Milestone Performance Reviews — Performance cycle elements can now trigger reviews on each employee's work anniversary or tenure milestones, replacing fixed calendar dates with per-employee schedules.

  • Chat: Live Presence Status — Online, idle, and offline status now updates in real time everywhere in Chat — chat lists, People tabs, and group member panels — not only in conversations that are currently open.
  • Chat: Per-Room Permission Controls — Chat room administrators can now set four independent permissions per room: who may add members, who may view the member list, who may send messages, and who may send important messages.
  • Automation Hub: AI Visibility & Proactive Detection — Automation Hub gains three new views — Outcomes, Agent Profiles, and AI Channels — and the proactive AI engine now detects meeting proposals and first-person commitments in addition to unanswered questions.
  • Frontline Execution: Scheduled Release Cadence — Campaign managers can now schedule frontline content on a weekly or daily cadence, with publication approval workflows, blackout hold periods, and an AI-powered editorial lint check before campaigns go out.

  • Go1 Partner Courses in Training — Employees can now take Go1 partner courses directly inside MangoApps with a full-viewport embedded player, and completions and progress sync automatically back to their learning record.

  • AI Home: Action History and Snooze — AI Home now includes a resolved-history page for a complete audit trail of past AI-recommended actions, plus per-item snooze so managers can defer low-priority items without dismissing them permanently.

  • Frontline Execution Day Sheet & Reviews — Frontline workers now have a structured Day Sheet showing all their assignments for the day, and managers get a dedicated Reviews surface to oversee campaign completion with reassign, blocked-report, and close controls.

  • Before/After Photo Submissions in Contests — Contest organizers can now require paired before/after photo submissions, letting employees visually document the full arc of their work — from starting state to finished result.

  • Verified Credentials CSV Export — Admins can now export a CSV of all verified employee credentials from Skills & Certifications, including expiry status, making it easy to bridge employee qualification data with external training-record and apprenticeship systems.

  • Power Tables: Create from CSV — Upload a CSV or Excel file to instantly create a new Power Table, with automatic column type detection and an editable schema step before import.
  • Learning Path Q&A and Reviews — Learners can now post questions, vote on answers, and submit star ratings on Learning Paths — the same community features already available on individual courses.
  • Communications Hub: A/B Message Variants — Compose two headline variants for a break-through message in one step, and the platform automatically splits delivery 50/50 so you can see which drives more engagement.
  • Email Approvals for AI Actions — Admins can now approve or reject pending autonomous AI actions directly from email, without logging into the platform.
  • Redesigned Performance Management Dashboard — The Performance dashboard is now a module-aware summary with dedicated My Reviews and My Goals pages, consolidated team views, and one-click nudges for overdue items.
  • Reviewer Notes at Final Approval — Managers can add a closing note for the employee and a private leadership note directly at the final approval step of a performance review.
  • On-Call Incident Management — On-call pools can now run multiple simultaneous incidents, with a dedicated activation flow, an actions menu during active incidents, and the ability to disable individual staff members from coverage.
  • Custom App Icons — Custom-built plugin apps now display their own branded icons in the sidebar, app list, and in-app header instead of a generic placeholder.
  • Plugin Builder Live Narration — The AI Plugin Builder now streams its build progress in real time, narrating each step as it works rather than delivering a silent batch result at the end.
  • Immersive Course Player — Self-paced courses now open in a full-screen player with a collapsible outline rail, per-lesson navigation, and full SCORM support — replacing the old in-page lesson viewer.
  • Continuous Feedback on Mobile — Employees and managers can now view full feedback details, including related exchanges and acknowledgment actions, directly from the mobile web app.
  • Count Aggregates for Live Boards — Live leaderboards now support a "count" aggregate type, letting teams rank entities by number of records — tickets resolved, leads created, incidents filed — without requiring a numeric score column.
