Interviewer Pools and Live Availability — round-robin interview scheduling based on interviewers' calendars

Interview Hub (formerly Interview Scheduler) now offers candidates times based on interviewers' live availability. It reads each interviewer's working hours, minus calendar meetings, leave, appointments, other interviews and blocked time. The same times appear on the candidate's booking link, in the recruiter's picker and in Ask AI. A hiring stage can also use an interviewer pool, so candidates choose any time someone in the pool is free and the interview goes to whoever has done the fewest recently, within each person's daily limit. If an interviewer declines, leaves or gets a new calendar conflict, the interview moves to the next free person in the pool and the candidate isn't disturbed.

Use case: A high-volume recruiting team sets up a pool of eight hiring managers for first-round interviews, so candidates book the earliest open time and the work is shared out evenly without anyone checking calendars.

Stage-Driven Interview Scheduling — automate interview logistics and candidate emails for each hiring stage

Each stage in an interview workflow can now say what its interview needs, and Interview Hub arranges it once the time is booked: a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting, a room and a guest pass for the visitor. If the interview moves, these move with it, and if it's cancelled they are released. A new To Schedule list shows which candidates are waiting for their next round, and a stage can send its scheduling link automatically when a candidate reaches it, by email or text message. Admins can reword each interview email for candidates and interviewers, for all stages or for one stage, and choose which documents each audience receives, such as the job description, resume or interview guide.

Use case: A talent acquisition team runs an on-site final round where every booking automatically reserves a meeting room, issues the candidate a visitor pass and sends interviewers the resume and interview guide.

Available in: Interview Hub → To Schedule; Interview Hub → Settings → Interview Emails; Interview Hub → Interview Workflows → Stage → Scheduling

Signed Copies for People Who Don't Sign — email a signed document to others after e-signature

E-Signature requests can now list people who should receive a copy of the finished document but don't need to sign it, such as a manager, an HR partner or a client's office. Add them alongside the signers when you create the request. Once everyone has signed, each person gets the signed PDF by email. If the document is very large or includes protected personal numbers, they get a message asking them to request it from the sender instead. The people copied are shown on the request on desktop and phone, and each copy sent is recorded in the request's audit trail.

Use case: An HR coordinator sends an offer letter for a candidate to sign and adds the hiring manager and payroll lead, who each receive the signed PDF as soon as it is complete.
