OneMango Desktop 1.0.131

This build rebuilds AI Notepad around the meeting note, with a floating recording bar, quick notes, Save to Notepad from chat, and fixes that stop meeting audio and transcript loss.

New in OneMango Desktop 1.0.131

  • Send to a chat shows a preview of what will post and who will see it, and the Send button names the chat.
  • Press Control+Option+N on a Mac (Ctrl+Alt+N on Windows), or choose Quick Note in the tray, to jot a note from any app; closing it files it in Notepad, and Keep on screen leaves it beside your work.
  • Any chat message can be saved to Notepad as a new note, or added to one of your notes, with who sent it, when, and a link back to the message.
  • You can rename a note by clicking its title on the note page.
  • The next meeting on your calendar now shows at the top of the Notepad list, and Take notes joins the call and starts its note in one click.
  • You can choose a note's template before the meeting starts, and it is remembered for that recurring meeting.
  • "Copy consent message" puts a short notice for the meeting chat on your clipboard, and is asked for before notes start when your organization requires it.
  • Record meeting is the first item in Notepad's New menu, in the menu bar or tray, and on Ctrl+Alt+R (⌃⌥R on a Mac).
  • When a call seems over — the call app closed, 15 quiet minutes, or the computer slept — Notepad asks "Call ended — stop and write notes?" and stops on its own after a minute.
  • While you record a meeting and the call covers the app, a small bar stays beside the call with the timer, both sides' sound levels, Pause and Stop.
  • Type a line in the floating bar and press Enter to add it to the meeting's note as a bullet.
  • The floating bar warns you when your microphone is muted or the other people can't be heard, with a Fix that opens the right settings.
  • When a call seems over, the floating bar asks "Call ended — stop and write notes?" with its countdown.
  • "Copy consent message" is in the floating bar's menu.
  • A "Ready to take notes" check in Notepad's first run and settings downloads the transcription model and fixes microphone and call-audio permissions in place.
  • You can edit the AI's notes like any text, and a line you change becomes yours.
  • Each AI line shows the time it came from; clicking it opens the transcript at that moment.
  • You get a notification when the notes for a meeting you recorded are ready, with how many action items are yours.
  • Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K) in a note to add or edit a link, and ⌘Enter (Ctrl+Enter) to tick a checklist item.
  • Drag a note onto a notebook, or choose Move to notebook…, to file it; notebooks can be renamed and deleted, and deleting one keeps its notes.
  • Right-click a note or a notebook for its actions, including renaming a note in place.
  • Notepad opens where you left it — the same notebook, search, sort and open note.
  • Move through notes with the arrow keys, open with Enter, delete with Delete, and press ⌘/ (Ctrl+/) to see Notepad's shortcuts.
  • When a meeting's notes are ready, the note offers to post them to the meeting's own chat, with a preview first.
  • Action items show when they are already in their owner's tasks, and ticking either one ticks both.
  • A task sent to you from someone's meeting notes appears in chat as a card you can mark done or open in Tasks.
  • Notepad settings can turn off sending action items to their owners' tasks.
  • Ask AI opens beside the note, about this note, its notebook or all your notes, and Cmd/Ctrl+J opens it from any note.
  • Copy link in a note's menu copies a link that opens the note in the desktop app for anyone who can see it.
  • The summary and each heading in a meeting's notes now have Rewrite: Shorter, Longer, Simpler or With my instructions.
