Event Tickets

Share the seats your company holds: requests, recorded draws, delivery tracking and a payroll sheet.

Overview

Event Tickets runs the seats your company holds at stadiums, arenas and theaters. A coordinator sets up an event with one or more blocks of seats, each with its own audience, request window, price and rules. Blocks go first come or by a draw at close, and seats can be a fixed number or bought once demand is known.

Employees see only the seats they may ask for, on the desktop or their phone, with what it can cost them before they accept the ticket policy. Draws keep a full record, so a coordinator can answer why someone wasn't picked, and seats that come back go to the next in line.

A coordinator records what seats cost, hands the venue a list, and sees who confirmed their tickets arrived, so a missing ticket or parking pass surfaces while there's still time to fix it. A coordinator closes each period into one Excel sheet for Payroll, and a later fix is a correction row, never an edit. Companies that give seats away can run a block as free, and it never reaches payroll.

Event Tickets doesn't connect to a venue's ticketing system: a coordinator or the box office still sends the tickets.

Follow one game's seats from request to payroll, with music and on-screen text: people see what seats can cost before they ask, a draw keeps its order, each person confirms what arrived so a missing pass turns up in time, and one sheet goes to Payroll.

Use cases

Suite seats for leaders
Directors and above take suite seats first come, with a parking pass per person.
Club seats for everyone
All staff ask, a draw decides, and a coordinator buys only the seats needed.
Sponsor seats as a perk
Seats from a sponsorship go out free by draw, and nothing reaches payroll.

FAQ

No. A coordinator or the box office sends the tickets, and the app tracks who has them.

Anyone granted App admin or Contributor. Organization admins, employees and a Payroll group need none.

They can give seats back until they're marked sent, the event starts or the payroll period closes; seats already bought come back only if someone is waiting. They go to the next in line, or back to the block. An admin can turn this off.
