Snap a Receipt on Mobile — mobile expense capture without manual entry

Mango Spend's mobile app now includes a dedicated "Snap a Receipt" flow that lets employees photograph a receipt using their phone's camera, instantly creating a draft expense with the photo attached. Employees can complete the amount and submit later, or return to the draft at any time — eliminating the need to hand-enter expense details or risk losing paper receipts. This is particularly useful for field workers, travelers, and anyone who incurs expenses away from a desk.

Use case: A sales rep grabs coffee before a client meeting, snaps the receipt on the spot, and submits the expense from the waiting room before the meeting starts.

Download Pay Stubs as PDF on Mobile — paystub PDF download for loans, taxes, and records

Employees can now download their individual pay stubs as PDF files directly from the Payroll Connect mobile view. The downloaded file is suitable for loan applications, rental agreements, tax preparation, or any situation where employees need to provide proof of income on the go. Previously, accessing a pay stub PDF required switching to a desktop browser.

Use case: An employee applying for a mortgage can pull up last month's pay stub on their phone and download the PDF to share with their lender — without needing to find a computer.

Available in: Payroll Connect → Mobile App → Paycheck Detail → Download PDF

Create and Complete Workspace Tasks from Mobile — mobile task management for project workspaces

The mobile workspace view now supports two new task actions: adding a new task with a title and marking existing open tasks as complete. Team members can keep project lists current from their phones without opening a desktop app, reducing the gap between field activity and task tracking. The open tasks list on the workspace home screen also shows assignee and due date at a glance alongside the completion button.

Use case: A project lead wrapping up a site visit marks three tasks done on their phone during the drive back, so the team's board reflects current status before the end-of-day standup.

Available in: Workspace → Mobile App → Workspace Home → Tasks
