The native built-in provider is available when E-Signature is enabled. External integrations include DocuSign, HelloSign (Dropbox Sign), Adobe Sign, and PandaDoc.

When enabled, the system analyzes contract clauses and assigns a risk score (0-100). Contracts above the configurable threshold are flagged for review.

Yes. Auto-renewal can be enabled per contract. The system creates a renewed version before the expiration date using the configured renewal terms.

Expiration warnings are sent at configurable intervals. After expiration, the contract can be auto-archived based on the archive-after-expiration-days setting.
