Configurable Benefit Termination Rules — per-plan coverage end dates and portable plan support
Benefits coverage termination is no longer a single hardcoded end-of-month cutoff. Admins can now configure each health plan's termination rule independently — coverage can end on the last day worked, at end of the month, at end of the following month, a fixed number of days after termination, or not at all (for portable or voluntary plans that employees carry with them). When an employee's benefits are terminated, the system auto-computes each plan's last day of benefits according to its rule, and admins can override any individual enrollment date before confirming. Plans flagged as "no auto-terminate" are skipped entirely during offboarding and displayed clearly in the termination worksheet so nothing slips through unintentionally.
Use case: An HR manager processing a termination can see at a glance that the company medical plan ends at month-end, the dental plan ends 30 days after the last day worked, and the employee's supplemental life policy continues — all computed automatically and ready to confirm or adjust.

Performance Review Meeting Notes in Detail View and PDF — review discussion notes visible to employees and exportable
Review meeting notes and private leadership notes are now surfaced directly on the review detail page and automatically included in PDF exports. Managers see both meeting notes and leadership notes at every stage of a review; employees see meeting notes when the review is configured to share them. All fields on the review meeting page — ratings, self-assessments, manager notes, and meeting notes — now auto-save as managers type, with a debounce-and-flush mechanism that preserves work on navigation without requiring a manual save. A "Proceed to Final Review" entry point is available from both the detail page header and the meeting footer, ensuring managers can always reach the leadership notes step regardless of acknowledgement settings.
Use case: A manager completing a mid-year review can jot notes during the meeting and move to the final review page — everything saves automatically, and the completed PDF sent to HR includes the discussion notes without any extra steps.

Suggestion Rules Admin Center with AI-Proposed Rules — tune, mute, and accept AI-generated platform suggestions
Platform suggestions — the proactive nudges that surface across workforce apps — are now fully configurable from a single admin center. Admins can view telemetry for each rule (how often it is shown, acted on, dismissed, or snoozed), adjust thresholds, enable or disable individual rules, and snooze noisy ones without touching code. Rules with consistently low engagement are automatically muted. Each week, an AI model analyzes existing rule patterns and proposes new suggestions based on the tenant's configuration and usage; admins review proposed rules and accept or reject them with one click. Custom rules can also be authored through a template-driven interface using pre-approved presets — no SQL or code required.
Use case: An admin notices that a particular scheduling suggestion is generating high volume but few actions. She opens the suggestion admin center, sees the 2% action rate in the telemetry panel, and snoozes the rule for 30 days — no developer involvement needed.
