Benefits Reports — PDF Export — branded PDF download for HR benefits reports

Benefits administrators can now export Enrollments, Cost, Payroll, and Census reports as branded PDFs directly from the reports page. Each PDF is generated in landscape format, includes the organization's logo and brand color, and uses proportional column widths so wide reports remain readable on standard paper sizes. Previously, the only export option was CSV, which required Microsoft Excel and prompted a sign-in on shared or non-Windows machines. The PDF opens in any browser or PDF viewer and is suitable for sharing with finance teams, auditors, or leadership without additional software.

Export filters — status, plan, and category — are now honored by both CSV and PDF downloads, so the exported file always matches exactly what is visible on screen.

Use case: An HR director preparing for an all-hands meeting downloads the Enrollment report as a PDF, branded with the company logo, and shares it directly in a Slack channel — no Excel, no sign-in prompt, no reformatting needed.

Performance Approvals — Bulk Approve — bulk approve performance reviews, goals, and feedback in one action

The Manager Approvals page now supports bulk selection and approval across all five tabs: Performance Reviews, Goals, Competency Assessments, Development Plans, and Feedback Nominations. Managers and HR administrators can select individual records or use select-all, then confirm the batch with a single action. Previously, every approval required navigating to each record and approving it individually — a significant time cost during peak review cycles.

Records that cannot be approved (for example, a review where goal weights do not sum to 100%) are surfaced in a clear error message rather than silently skipped, so approvers know exactly which items need attention before resubmitting.

Use case: An HR manager closing out Q2 reviews selects all 40 pending performance reviews in one pass, reviews the confirmation prompt, and approves them in seconds — rather than opening each record individually.
