Central Template Library — Pre-built templates for forms, inspections, SOPs, and more

MangoApps now includes a Central Template Library that gives teams a curated gallery of ready-to-use templates across multiple apps. Users can browse templates by category, preview them before importing, and bring them directly into their tenant — eliminating the time spent building common workflows from scratch. The library is accessible from within Forms, Inspections, Policy Hub, SOP Hub, Workspaces, EPMS, and other apps.

Use case: An HR administrator setting up a new inspection program can browse the template gallery, preview a safety inspection checklist, and import it directly — skipping blank-slate setup and going live in minutes.

Skill Requirements on Shift Rule Templates — Certification and proficiency rules built into reusable shift templates

Admins can now define required skills — including certification type, minimum proficiency level, minimum qualified staff count, and a critical flag — directly on reusable shift rule templates. When a template is applied to a real shift or requirement, its skill rules propagate automatically, sitting between business-wide role defaults and per-shift overrides in the precedence chain. This gives hospital, retail, and other shift-heavy teams a clean way to encode domain-specific staffing requirements once and reuse them consistently.

Use case: A radiology department manager creates a "Morning XR" shift template that requires Mammography certification at proficiency level 3 with at least two qualified staff — every shift created from that template inherits those rules without manual re-entry.

Team-level Scheduling Configuration — Roster, rotations, and location modes in one place for scheduling managers

Scheduling managers now have a dedicated Configuration page for each team that consolidates everything scheduling-relevant: a status-grouped roster showing each member's contracted hours, days off, assigned locations, and skills; a team-wide location mode policy (fixed site vs. rotating); and panels for managing rotation pairs and multi-person rotation cycles. Location mode can be overridden per user per team, so the same employee can be fixed to one site on one team while rotating across locations on another. The schedule board surfaces location-mode drift visually so mismatches are caught before shifts are assigned.

Use case: A retail operations manager reviewing weekend coverage can see, from one screen, which team members are fixed to the downtown location, who is in a biweekly rotation, and whether any rotation pair's schedule has drifted out of sync — without visiting individual employee profiles.
