Form Theming & Multi-Column Layout — Custom branding and column control for workforce forms
Forms in the advanced builder now have a dedicated Design panel with full theming and layout control. Admins can choose from preset color themes (including an automatic "Business Theme" that matches the tenant's branded header), or customize each color slot individually. Fonts, border radius, header style, button style, and logo source are all configurable per form. Field-level width control — full, half, third, or quarter column — lets form designers arrange fields in grid rows, and a new Spacer field type provides explicit row-break control. All theme settings and widths render consistently across in-app fill views, public form links, surveys, and live previews.
Use case: An HR team publishing an employee satisfaction survey can match the company's brand colors, use the company logo, and arrange demographic fields side-by-side in a two-column row — without involving a developer.

MCP Connector & OAuth 2.1 — Connect Claude, Cursor, and other AI clients to your workforce data
MangoApps now implements OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration (RFC 7591), enabling any MCP-compatible AI client — including Claude.ai, Cursor, and Codex — to authenticate and call MangoApps' 475+ workforce tools directly. Tenant admins gain a Connectors dashboard to view active OAuth applications, inspect recent MCP activity, and revoke tokens at any time. The MCP endpoint has been upgraded to the 2025-06-18 spec with SSE transport, JSON-RPC 2.0, and per-app write throttling. All API calls are fully audited with OAuth metadata and latency tracking.
Use case: A workforce operations manager opens Claude.ai, connects it to their MangoApps tenant via OAuth, and asks it to pull open shift coverage gaps for the week — without any custom integration work.

Performance Analytics PDF Export — Exportable reports for every performance dashboard
All 11 dashboards under the Analytics tab in Employee Performance Management now include an "Export Report" button. Each click streams a themed, paginated PDF of the dashboard's data — covering automation analytics, merit matrices, performance matrix, team calibration, team management, and predictive analytics alerts and insights. PDFs inherit the tenant's branding and use multi-page tables with repeating headers. Managers can generate and share reports without needing direct platform access.
Use case: A department head preparing for a quarterly talent review exports the Team Calibration and Predictive Analytics dashboards as PDFs and shares them with stakeholders ahead of the meeting.
