Yes. Create your broadcast, set a future publish date and time, and the system delivers it automatically at the scheduled moment.
Admins can enable or disable comments per broadcast and moderate individual comments to remove inappropriate content.
Yes. You can generate, preview, edit, and save per-language translations for a broadcast. Each recipient sees the localized title and body in their preferred language across in-app, email, and SMS, with automatic fallback to the source language. If you later edit the source text, saved translations are flagged as stale.
Yes. AI can draft the broadcast body and subject, and generate channel-native copy tailored for SMS, push, and voice so each channel reads naturally instead of showing a truncated email. Saved channel copy is used automatically at delivery time. Admins can enable or disable AI assists.
For broadcasts that require acknowledgment, reminders automatically widen across channels over time — starting with email, then adding SMS, then voice — until each recipient confirms. You can also skip the cascade on a single broadcast to send to all channels at once, and preview the resolved escalation flow before publishing.
Yes. The compliance view rolls up acknowledgments by department and location, lists outstanding (unacknowledged) recipients, and exports the full breakdown to CSV for audit and reporting.
Yes. You can multi-select several recipient groups and add individual employees on top of them. You can also bulk-add recipients by pasting a list or importing a CSV, and preview group membership inline before sending.
Yes. Alerts support Drive-backed photo and video attachments with staged previews and per-file validation. HEIC/HEIF images captured on phones are automatically converted to JPEG so they render correctly across all browsers.
