Recognition & Rewards: Points Expiry, Multi-Level Approval, and Redemption Controls — employee recognition points expiry and redemption approval workflow

Recognition programs now include the controls that make them financially sustainable and fair. Points expire on an admin-configurable schedule (applied FIFO), with employees receiving "expiring soon" warnings before they lose unused balances. High-value redemptions can be held for admin approval — inventory is reserved while pending — so finance and HR retain oversight on large spends. Multi-level recognition nominations now route through the reporting chain for approval rather than a flat admin queue, and managers get a new fairness card showing which direct reports haven't been recognized in the last 30, 60, or 90 days. A per-user monthly redemption cap prevents runaway point spending on mixed-payment purchases.

Use case: An HR manager runs a quarterly recognition program with a $500 redemption cap and a 12-month points shelf life — employees are notified before points expire, and any order over $200 lands in an admin approval queue before fulfillment starts.

Managed Swag Fulfillment — warehoused merchandise fulfillment with inventory ledger

Company Store now supports a managed fulfillment model for organizations that warehouse their own branded merchandise. Admins configure a fulfillment program, register inbound shipments (including walk-in stock), and the platform maintains an append-only inventory ledger tracking every movement — received, redeemed, restocked, cycle-counted, or damaged. Discrepancies between expected and actual counts are flagged automatically. A cross-tenant ops view lets platform operators process the fulfillment queue, receive shipments with actual count entry, and inspect movement history per item. Catalog items marked as managed are treated as depletable inventory, so out-of-stock items are gated at checkout.

Use case: A company shipping branded hoodies to new hires receives a pallet of 200 units, logs the shipment with actual counts, and the platform automatically adjusts on-hand inventory and queues pending redemption orders for pick-and-ship.

Sites: Ask This Page and AI Source Binding — conversational AI answers grounded in internal site content

Site pages can now be connected to structured content sources — documents, knowledge bases, or linked data — and readers can ask natural-language questions directly from the page. The platform generates answers grounded in the bound sources and logs a citation record for each AI response, so admins can audit which sources were used and how often. Pages also support a source-refresh review flow: when linked content changes, authors see a banner prompting them to review, apply, or dismiss the update before it affects reader-facing AI answers. Section-level audience rules let page builders show different content variants to different employee groups within the same page.

Use case: An IT department builds an internal site page for a new software rollout, binds it to the rollout documentation, and employees land on the page and ask "how do I set up SSO?" — getting an answer drawn directly from the linked docs, with the source cited below the response.
