AI-Assisted Inspection Visit Logs — AI auto-fill for workplace inspection reports
Inspectors can now upload an agency or third-party inspection report directly in the "Log a visit" drawer, and AI reads the document to automatically fill the visit fields and propose a set of findings for review. Low-confidence suggestions are flagged for manual confirmation — the system never auto-submits. For teams with a backlog of past inspections, bulk historical import lets managers upload multiple reports at once; they land in a staging queue where each can be reviewed, edited, and committed into a real visit record with its findings. Once in the system, findings support checkbox-select bulk actions: set status, assign a correction-due date, add a corrective action, or delete — all in a single step.
Use case: A facilities manager receives a third-party fire-safety audit report and uploads it directly in MangoApps — the visit log populates automatically and the flagged findings appear for review and assignment, replacing a full manual entry session.

Onboarding Field-Level Review, Preboarding Emails, and Discrepancy Flagging — granular form review and pre-start employee communication
Three connected updates to the onboarding experience ship together. First, reviewers can now return individual form fields — rather than the entire submission — back to a new hire for correction, with a comment on each returned field. The new hire sees only the flagged fields in a corrections view and resubmits without touching the rest. Second, admins can author custom preboarding email templates with merge fields and schedule them to send before the hire's first day, keeping candidates informed and prepared without manual outreach. Third, when the same identity fields — such as legal name, date of birth, SSN, or address — are captured with different values across multiple onboarding forms, the system automatically flags the conflict. The reviewing manager can inspect both values side-by-side, designate the authoritative one, and the platform writes the resolved value through to the employee profile.
Use case: An HR coordinator reviewing a new hire's I-9 and direct deposit forms notices the name is spelled differently across both — the discrepancy panel surfaces this immediately and the coordinator resolves it with one click before the employee's first day.
Available in: Onboarding Hub → Plan → Form Submissions / Preboarding Emails; Forms → Submissions → Field-Level Review
Calendar RSVP Roster with Full Response Modal — complete attendee visibility for event hosts
The event response panel now shows a compact top-5 preview for each RSVP group — Going, Maybe, Declined, and Awaiting — alongside the total count. A "View all" button opens a full-roster modal with infinite scroll, keeping the event sidebar clean while still making the complete attendee list accessible. Each row in the roster displays the attendee's role and title so hosts can quickly identify team or seniority context. The "Nudge non-responders" action moves into the Awaiting group and is also available in the modal header, making it straightforward to prompt outstanding responses at any point.
Use case: An event organizer hosting a company all-hands can see at a glance how many people have responded, open the full Awaiting list, and send a reminder to non-responders — all without leaving the event detail view.
Available in: Calendar → Event Detail → Responses Panel
