Dashboard Builder — group-targeted employee home dashboards with drag-and-drop builder
Administrators can now build home dashboards from scratch using a visual widget library and a drag-and-drop canvas, then publish each dashboard to a specific platform group — so frontline workers, managers, and office employees each see a dashboard composed for their role. Every business starts with three built-in dashboards (Default, All Admins, All Managers), and admins can add as many group-targeted dashboards as needed, with priority ordering to control which dashboard a user in multiple groups sees. Dashboards support draft and publish states, so edits stay invisible until an admin is ready to go live. A "Mirror" option lets secondary dashboards inherit the layout of a primary one automatically, reducing duplication across similar groups.
Use case: An HR administrator creates a "Frontline" dashboard with shift, time-clock, and announcement widgets — publishing it to the Frontline Workers group — while the Default dashboard continues to serve office staff with recognition, tasks, and news widgets.

Onboarding Hub: Compliance Audit Report — point-in-time compliance audit trail with PDF and CSV export
HR administrators and managers can now generate a complete compliance audit report for any onboarding plan, covering every form, document, communication, e-signature, E-Verify filing, GDPR disclosure, and consent record — with issued and completed timestamps, delivery status, the acting user, and audit-grade provenance details such as e-sign provider, E-Verify case numbers, and state confirmation numbers. The report is available on-screen directly from the plan's Manage menu and can be downloaded as a PDF or CSV for record-keeping, audits, or legal review.
Use case: A compliance officer preparing for an I-9 audit pulls the audit report for a recently onboarded employee, downloads the PDF, and shares it with legal — without needing to reconstruct a paper trail from multiple systems.
Available in: Onboarding Hub → Plan → Manage → Compliance Audit
Time Clock Kiosk: Verified Device Enrollment — kiosk tablets remember their session without repeated code entry
Time Clock kiosk devices can now enroll once by entering a session code, after which the tablet is recognized automatically on every subsequent visit — even after the browser session ends. Employees clock in and out without any setup friction. Managers retain full control through a per-kiosk Verified Devices page that lists each enrolled device's browser, OS, IP address, and last-seen time, with a Revoke action to immediately invalidate a lost or replaced tablet without affecting other kiosks on the same network.
Use case: A warehouse manager sets up a replacement tablet at the entrance, enters the session code once to enroll it, and employees are clocking in immediately — the old tablet's enrollment is revoked from the admin panel in seconds.
Available in: Time & Attendance → Time Clock Kiosk → Admin → Verified Devices
