  • Delete Timesheet Entries — Managers and authorized users can now delete individual timesheet entries, with built-in checks that prevent removal of finalized or approved records.
  • Late Clock-In Warning — Employees clocking in late for a scheduled shift now see a warning showing how many minutes late they are and that their manager will be notified.
  • ACA 1095-C Form Generation — HR admins can now bulk-generate, download, and manage IRS Form 1095-C for all eligible employees, including Form 1094-C transmittal generation, directly within the platform.
  • Employee Goal Deletion — Employees can now delete their own goals, with safeguards that prevent deletion of goals tied to performance reviews or fully approved goals.
  • Wellness Programs and Activities — Admins can create wellness programs with trackable activities — steps, workouts, health screenings, and more — that employees can join and log participation in, with points tracking and optional premium discount incentives.
  • Benefits Compliance Notice Management — HR admins can now create, schedule, and send required benefits compliance notices to employees, with built-in acknowledgment tracking and automated reminders.
  • COBRA Management System — HR admins can now manage COBRA continuation coverage for departing employees, including automated eligibility detection, notice generation, payment tracking, and audit reporting.
