Loop: AI Improvement Decision Lifecycle — act on AI measurements with a formal keep, adjust, or roll-back record
Loop now supports a full decision lifecycle for every measured AI improvement. After a measurement window closes, admins can record a verdict — keep, adjust, expand, retire, or roll back — with a written rationale. A "keep" decision automatically schedules a recheck, and Loop flags a regression notice if the metric later moves in the wrong direction. Alongside the decision record, a measurement receipt drawer is now accessible behind every row in the outcome ledger, showing exactly which baseline was used, when the window closed, and what drove the score — so teams can explain results to stakeholders without leaving the platform.
The release also adds a "Watch a change" workflow: declare a change you made (to a prompt, a playbook, a process), pick the metric to track, and Loop anchors the baseline to that activation date rather than to a calendar date — giving you a clean before/after that reflects the actual intervention.
Use case: An operations lead rolls out a new AI-assisted triage playbook, records it as a "Watch a change" entry, and two weeks later reviews the closed-ticket rate against the pre-rollout baseline — then marks it "Expand" with a note explaining which locations will adopt it next.

Knowledge Base Website Indexing — index any public website into the AI knowledge base with bulk URL import and auto-reindexing
The Knowledge Base now supports websites as a first-class source type, alongside articles, documents, and videos. Add a URL and the platform fetches the page, strips navigation chrome, and splits the content into searchable, AI-retrievable chunks — no copy-paste required. A link-discovery mode scans the parent URL and surfaces all linked sub-pages so you can import a whole documentation site in one step, or select only the pages you need. A bulk paste option accepts a list of URLs at once for teams migrating an existing reference library. Indexed pages can be set to refresh on a schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) or re-crawled on demand when the source changes.
This works across both RFP Desk's reference library and Service Desk's knowledge base, so AI-assisted answer retrieval and ticket suggestions draw from current web sources rather than static snapshots.
Use case: A sales engineer adds a vendor's public product documentation site to the RFP Desk reference library using link discovery, then sets it to re-index weekly — so AI-generated questionnaire answers always reflect the latest spec without anyone manually updating entries.
Available in: RFP Desk → Reference Library → Add Entry → Website · Service Desk → Knowledge Base → Add Entry → Website
Classifieds: Carpool & Rideshare Category — employee carpooling built into the internal marketplace
A new built-in "Carpool & Rideshare" category is now available in the Classifieds app for all tenants. Employees can post a ride they are offering or a ride they need, and arrange commute sharing directly through the platform — without a separate app or an external group. As with all Classifieds listings, contact stays inside MangoApps and the category appears in the existing marketplace alongside buy/sell, services, and lost-and-found. Tenants that do not want the category can suppress it through the Classifieds prohibited-categories setting.
Use case: A facilities coordinator at a large campus notifies staff that on-site parking is being reduced, then points employees to the Carpool & Rideshare section of Classifieds to self-organize shared commutes.
