Listings are visible only to employees within your organization. Everything is business-scoped — external users and other tenants cannot access the marketplace.

There is no built-in messaging inbox or offer-and-counter workflow. Each listing shows the contact method the seller chose — email, phone, or text — and buyers reach the seller that way directly.

Classifieds is included with MangoApps Workforce and requires a license. It is off by default; an admin enables it for your organization, after which employees can post and browse.

By default each user can have up to 10 active listings and each listing expires after 30 days — both limits are admin-configurable. You can extend an expiring listing by 1 to 90 days instead of reposting.

Admins can require an approval queue before listings go live, set keyword auto-flagging, and enforce a prohibited-category blocklist (weapons, alcohol, and similar). Any employee can report a listing with a reason, which routes it to an admin queue with pending, reviewed, resolved, and dismissed states; admins can also edit or delete any listing. Auto-moderation is keyword-based — there is no AI toxicity scoring.

Yes. Attach up to 5 photos (JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF) and 1 video (MP4, MOV, or AVI) per listing by default, choose which photo is the thumbnail, and remove any of them while editing. The photo and video limits are admin-configurable.
