Mango Spend Pre-Approvals — employee spend pre-approval before purchasing or traveling
Mango Spend now supports pre-approvals, shifting expense management from a reimbursement process into a forward-looking approval workflow. An employee submits a spend request — travel, a purchase, a project expense — with an estimated amount and purpose. Their manager reviews the request, sees whether it fits within the available budget, and approves or declines in a single tap, including from a signed email link. Once approved, the employee logs actual expenses against the pre-approval, and the closed record shows the approved amount alongside what was actually spent, automatically returning any unspent balance to the budget. Overages are flagged to the approver rather than blocked, so an employee mid-trip is never stranded.
Use case: A field technician needs to travel to a customer site for two days. They submit a pre-approval for travel and daily allowances; their manager approves via email before the trip begins, and expenses are linked to the approval as they are incurred — no after-the-fact surprise on the manager's inbox.

Contract Drafting from Intake — AI-assisted contract creation from a questionnaire, without an existing document
Creating a new contract no longer requires uploading an existing signed document. The "New Contract" entry point now offers two paths: upload a document you already hold, or answer a questionnaire that generates a first draft rendered to PDF and editable in place. Clause libraries gain an active flag so superseded wording is retired rather than deleted — it still reads correctly on contracts that already reference it, but it no longer feeds AI drafting for new work. The Contracts navigation has also been reorganized from fifteen flat rows into grouped sections (My Work, Contracts, Drafting & Signature, Parties, Insights) with count badges that only appear when non-zero, making the module readable at a glance for both managers and regular users.
Use case: A procurement manager needs a vendor services agreement but has no template to start from. They answer the intake questionnaire, receive a draft pre-populated with the relevant clauses, edit it inline, and route it for signature — without waiting on Legal to author the document from scratch.

Visit Log Dashboard Widget — recent agency visits and overdue corrective actions on the homepage
A new dashboard widget brings Visit Log into the homepage for compliance and field teams. The card lists the most recent agency visits with the location, date, status, and finding count for each, along with a direct link to log a new visit. Visits with an overdue plan of correction rise to the top of the list and are marked with a red badge, so nothing due is missed without navigating into the module. The widget self-extinguishes when Visit Log is not enabled for the tenant or the viewer is outside the configured audience, keeping the dashboard relevant to the people who use it.
Use case: A compliance coordinator opens the dashboard on a Monday morning and immediately sees which locations had visits last week, which ones still owe a corrective action plan, and a one-click shortcut to log a new visit — without opening a separate tab.
