Release Notes

  • AI Podcast Generation for Comms Hub — Internal newsletter issues can now be automatically converted into AI-produced audio podcast episodes with a two-host conversational format, ready for employees to listen to on any device.
  • Live Voice Roleplay in Practice Hub — Employees can now practice high-stakes conversations with an AI persona in real time using voice — speaking and being spoken to instantly, with interruption support, for scenarios where live pressure is part of the skill.
  • Ballots in Global Search — Workplace ballots are now searchable from the platform's global search bar, with results scoped to each user's eligibility so members only see votes they participate in.
  • Coverage Sweep: Shelf-Level Grid Tracking — Mobile inspectors can now mark individual shelves by bay and level as passed or flagged during sweeps, and the coverage dashboard reflects accurate per-shelf progress across the entire facility.

  • Practice Hub: AI Coach Chat, Exemplar Generation & Team Skill Radar — Learners can ask an AI coach follow-up questions grounded in their own recorded roleplay and scoring rubric, request top-performer examples for weak criteria, and managers can now view a team-wide skill radar to spot competency gaps across direct reports and assign targeted practice with one click.

  • Global Search: Shifts, Leave Requests & Recognition — Platform-wide search now surfaces shifts, leave requests, and recognition posts, along with over a dozen previously hidden categories including safety checklists, SOPs, sites, workspaces, and communications.

  • Post-Event Feedback Surveys — Calendar events now automatically dispatch feedback surveys to attendees when an event ends, with per-event template overrides and a full per-recipient delivery ledger.
  • Shared Recording Analyses — Practice Hub managers can now view a team-wide index of recording analyses with trend summaries and per-speaker turn attribution in multi-party sessions.
  • Rack Drawing Import for Facility Layouts — Asset Pro now imports Fortna-style pallet-rack elevation drawings (.xlsx/.xls) directly into facility layouts, giving inspectors accurate bay and beam-level maps for coverage sweeps.
  • Practice Hub — A new app that lets employees rehearse real workplace conversations against an AI persona, receive a scored rubric, and build confidence before handling tough situations on the job.
  • On-Call Incident Collaboration — Responders can now comment, transfer incidents to another pool, escalate severity, snooze repeat pages, and link related incidents — all from the incident detail page.
  • Service Desk Bulk Delete — Admins and help desk managers can now select multiple tickets and delete them in a single action from the All Tickets view.
  • Skills & Certifications — Submitted skills and certifications are now hidden from employee profiles until a manager approves them, preventing unverified claims from appearing in staffing decisions or compliance reviews.

  • Offboarding — Offboarding template tasks now support a default assignee, and HR coordinators can add or remove tasks directly on an in-progress offboarding plan without modifying the underlying template.

  • Inspections — Coverage sweep sign-offs now route through the cycle template's approval workflow, so sweeps go to a pending-approval state for reviewer sign-off before being marked complete.

  • Recognition Bulk Import & Governance Controls — Admins can now import recognitions in bulk via CSV and enforce anti-gaming rules including monthly giver caps, duplicate cooldowns, and eligibility exclusions by worker classification.
  • Automated Offboarding Deprovisioning — IT and HR teams can now configure automated access revocation through connected identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google) and Slack directly from the Offboarding settings page.
  • News Feed: 20-Option Polls & In-Window Editing — Polls now support up to 20 options (up from 5), authors can edit polls and modify post attachments within the 15-minute content-editing window, and an "Edited" label appears on updated posts.
  • Group Recognition — Employees can now recognize up to 50 teammates in a single action, with the feed and wall collapsing group posts into one shared card.
  • Award Cycle Automation — Nomination cycles now support recurrence, automated open/closing notifications, winner announcement workflows, and nominee appreciation emails.
  • Recognition Wrapped — Each employee now gets a personalized annual recap showing their recognition highlights, values celebrated, and top moments of the year.
  • Company Terminology Glossary — Admins can now define company-specific term mappings (e.g., "Associates" instead of "Employees") that are preserved exactly across all Live Translate translations, regardless of provider.
  • Dashboard Quick Actions Defaults — Admins can configure which Quick Actions appear by default in each group's employee home dashboard, replacing the previous per-user-only customization with a managed starting point.
  • Apply Schedule Template to an Existing Draft — Managers can now apply a saved schedule template at any point in the scheduling lifecycle — not just at the start — appending shifts without overwriting work already in progress.
  • Smart Attendee Recommendations — Calendar now suggests the most relevant attendees as you compose an event, ranked by AI with an explainable reason for each suggestion and a one-tap add.
  • Calendar Conflict Auto-Resolution — Continuous background conflict detection across each user's unified calendar, with three operator modes (Off / Suggest / Auto-Resolve) and a 60-minute undo window on any automated change.
  • Service & AI-Agent Accounts — Admins can now provision dedicated non-human accounts for API integrations and in-product AI agents, with granular read/write scopes, IP restrictions, and a full audit trail.
  • Award Cycles & Nominations — Recognition now supports structured award cycles with time-boxed nomination periods, pooled voting, and automated winner selection — including a committee review mode and integration with store points.
  • Forms REST API — A full public API for Forms is now available, covering published forms, categories, submissions, approvals, and reviewer actions — enabling external systems and mobile clients to integrate with your form workflows.
  • Mobile Inbox API — The Inbox is now fully accessible via the mobile API, with folder filtering, snooze/restore/bulk actions, and type-specific actions (approve, acknowledge, reply) for broadcasts, approvals, and agent messages.
