AI Sheets: Workbook Tabs — Multi-tab spreadsheets for workforce data

AI Sheets now works as a full workbook: each sheet can contain multiple named tabs, each with its own columns, rows, formula columns, automations, views, and version history. Tabs appear in a strip at the bottom of the grid, support inline rename, drag reordering, duplicate, and delete with restore. Sharing, stars, public links, and the Forms connection remain at the document level, so teams can collaborate on a workbook the same way they already do on a single sheet.

Use case: An operations manager tracks headcount in one tab, open positions in a second, and attrition history in a third — all in one document, shared with the same audience, without juggling three separate sheets.

Available in: AI Sheets → Sheet editor → Tab strip

AI Sheets: Cross-Tab Formulas and Multi-Report Export — Formulas that span worksheets and one-click multi-report analysis

Formula columns (sumcolumn(), vlookup()) now accept an optional tab label, so a formula in one tab can aggregate or look up data from a sibling tab. Separately, any set of tabular reports — such as Asset Pro's full reports index — can be opened together as a single AI Sheets workbook with one tab per report, filters included. Both features work within the existing per-tab row cap and tenant tab limit.

Use case: An asset manager opens all six Asset Pro reports as a single workbook, then writes a summary tab that pulls totals from each report tab using cross-tab sumcolumn() — without downloading a single CSV.

Available in: AI Sheets → Formula column editor; Asset Pro → Reports → Open in AI Sheets

Share via Email, Chat, and Text — built-in sharing without external integrations

The Share panel now includes three built-in destinations — Workforce chat, email, and text message — alongside any external connections already configured. Administrators can enable or disable each channel independently from the admin messaging settings; by default all three are on. The same panel that already handles shares to Slack, Teams, or webhooks now routes built-in shares through the platform's own mailer and direct-chat infrastructure, with proper remove and retract messaging when a share is later withdrawn.

Use case: A service desk agent resolves a ticket and shares the resolution note directly to the requester's Workforce chat room and sends a text notification to their mobile number, all from the same Share panel — no copy-pasting links or leaving the platform.

Available in: Share panel → Built-in channels (Workforce Chat, Email, Text); Admin → Integrations → Messaging → Share Channels
