Sites Editor: Auto-save and Version History — auto-save pages, restore previous versions, browse history in the editor

The Sites editor now auto-saves inspector panel changes as you type, so work is never lost between explicit saves. Pressing Save creates a named restore point ("Saved from the editor"), giving editors a versioned history they can browse in a side drawer without navigating away from the canvas. The audience block — the one field that requires a deliberate decision — is excluded from auto-save and clearly labelled "Applied when you press Save", so accidental audience changes are not possible. Status indicators in both the panel and the toolbar confirm when changes were last saved, using the server's clock.

Use case: A communications manager spends 45 minutes editing a policy page, navigates to History, sees a restore point from 20 minutes ago, and restores it — all without leaving the editor or losing any other in-progress work.

Ask AI: Resume Past Conversations — continue a closed Ask AI conversation from History

Conversations in Ask AI History can now be resumed rather than read only. Clicking "Continue this conversation" on any closed thread makes it the active conversation: the transcript and context carry forward, and the next message goes straight into that thread. The previously active thread is archived cleanly so exactly one thread is always live. The same capability is available through the API (POST /api/v1/ask_ai/conversations/:id/resume) for the desktop and mobile clients. On the History page, the live conversation shows "Open in chat" instead of Continue, so the two states are always distinct.

Use case: An HR manager who asked Ask AI several detailed questions last week about a policy change can pick up that same thread today, without re-explaining the context.

Power Tables: Import Adds New Select Column Options Automatically — stop import failures caused by unrecognised select values

When a Power Tables import file contains values not yet in a select column's option list, the import mapping screen now shows exactly which values are missing and offers a checkbox — checked by default — to add them as the import runs. Previously, every row containing an unrecognised value was rejected, and the only fix was editing the column's option list by hand before re-uploading. The new values are shown by name before the import starts, so typos are caught up front. The import itself adds the options lazily in a single streaming pass, so performance is unchanged even on large files.

Use case: A workforce planner uploads a staffing file where six project manager names appear for the first time in a "Assigned PM" select column — all 116 rows import successfully instead of 96 being rejected.
