AI Notepad: Favourite Note Templates — bookmark multiple meeting note templates

AI Notepad now supports multiple favourite templates, separate from the single default template. Users can star any number of templates — those favourites bubble to the top of the template picker and the new-note creation flow, making frequently used formats instantly accessible. The default template retains its own dedicated pill and Set/Remove as Default menu action, so the two concepts no longer conflict.

Use case: A product manager who runs three recurring meeting types — sprint planning, 1:1s, and design reviews — can favourite all three and jump straight to the right template at the start of each session, without scrolling past templates they rarely use.

Inspections: Sweep Notifications — real-time alerts for inspection sweep activity

Four notification types for inspection sweeps are now fully active: assigned inspectors are alerted the moment a sweep opens; location managers receive an immediate alert when a critical finding is recorded or raised to the highest severity tier; the team is notified when a sweep is signed off; and an escalating reminder job surfaces pending approval requests that have exceeded their SLA — with a digest for managers and an automatic escalation note when the deadline passes. All four send in-app and by email, and all four preview correctly in notification settings.

Use case: A facilities manager overseeing ten locations no longer needs to check the inspections dashboard manually — a critical finding on any active sweep surfaces as an email and in-app alert within seconds of the inspector recording it.
