Recorder — Screen recording and video sharing for workforce teams

The MangoApps Recorder app is now generally available. Capture your screen, a region, or your camera in the desktop app, and the recording uploads automatically to a searchable library on the web. Every recording is transcribed, chaptered, and captioned — with caption translation into multiple languages — so viewers can jump to exactly the moment they need. Authors can hand off a recording to a Training lesson, a standard operating procedure, a Library collection, or a Service Desk ticket in one click, and an Insights page tracks plays, viewers, downloads, and CTA clicks with a CSV export.

What's new in this release: dashboard widget ("My Recordings"), bulk share / make private / delete / download-as-ZIP actions in the library, mobile capture from any phone browser, a call-to-action button that appears on the in-app, embed, and public players when the video ends, and per-user preferences for default visibility and auto-transcription.

Use case: A team lead records a 10-minute onboarding walkthrough on their laptop, uploads it with one click, and shares the link in chat — teammates on their phones can watch with captions, leave timestamped comments, and the lead can see who has watched and for how long.

AI Sheets: Date & Time Column — Datetime columns with inline picker and AI enrichment

AI Sheets now supports a dedicated Date & Time column type. An inline flatpickr calendar opens directly beneath the cell when editing, so users can pick an exact date and time without leaving the grid. AI enrichment for datetime columns is now time-zone-aware — every prompt carries a "Today is …" anchor in the viewer's zone, so formulas like "next quarter end" resolve correctly. When a column's type is changed, a consent dialog shows a count of affected values and offers to convert them automatically; values that cannot be parsed deterministically are optionally handed to the AI to interpret. The same type detection works during CSV and XLSX import.

Use case: A sales operations manager changes a "Close Date" text column to Date & Time, clicks "Save and Convert", and AI Sheets normalises 400 mixed-format date strings into clean, sortable values — without any manual cleanup.

AI Notepad: Visual Automation Builder — Configure meeting automations without writing JSON

Meeting automations in AI Notepad can now be set up through a structured picker-based form instead of raw JSON text areas. Managers choose the automation source (live meeting, uploaded audio, or transcript paste), the prompt template, and the destination notebook from labelled dropdowns. Post-meeting actions — send summary, create follow-up tasks, trigger a Practice Hub scenario — are presented as labelled checkboxes. AI auto-fill works on the pickers directly, so describing the automation in plain language populates all the fields at once. For advanced use cases, the original JSON text areas remain accessible under an expandable "Advanced" section.

Use case: A sales manager sets up a post-call automation in under a minute by picking "Sales call" as the template and ticking "Send summary to team channel" — no JSON required.
