Enterprise Search — Unified, permission-aware search across every app and external system
Search has been fully rebuilt into a single ranked experience that covers every corner of the platform. Results are semantically matched and freshness-weighted — not just keyword-hit — so employees find what they need even when they describe it imprecisely. An AI overview appears above results for factual queries and links into the Ask AI panel for follow-up questions. People appear as cards that surface content-based expertise and skill endorsements, making it easy to find who actually knows a topic. Admins can pin promoted results, configure synonyms, and use "Search as" to verify what a specific employee would see.
Ten areas that were previously unsearchable — including tasks, shifts, inspections, forms, and leader-round records — now return results alongside documents, pages, conversations, and people. For organizations that connect external knowledge bases, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow can be connected with per-user OAuth; results from those sources appear inline alongside internal content, and access is permission-aware.
Saved searches let anyone preserve a query with its filters and, optionally, receive a daily or weekly Inbox and email alert when new results appear. Alerts fire only on results that did not exist at save time, so the first notification is always genuinely new. The search home page — the state before any query is typed — surfaces pending tasks with due dates, open shifts at the person's site, forms they started, and their recent and saved searches, all with one-click actions.
Use case: A regional HR manager searches "onboarding checklist California" and sees a ranked mix of Sites pages, Drive documents, and Forms records — with an AI overview and a link to follow up in Ask AI — without needing to know which system the content lives in.

Frontline Execution — Manager work detail, return to pool, and bulk hand-off with shift-aware assignment
Managers now have a read-only work detail view accessible from any row on the Day Sheet: campaign, type, priority, required proofs (photo, signature), training prerequisites, document links, current holder, due date, status, and the full assignment history showing every hand-off with actor, recipient, and reason. The detail view is gated on the same reviewer permission as reassignment, so plain members are unaffected.
Two new manager-only actions complement the existing single-row reassign. "Return to pool" unassigns an item with a required reason, fires a notification to the previous holder, and retires any outstanding asks they had on it. "Hand off selected" and "Return selected to pool" on the Day Sheet's multi-select bar apply the same logic across a batch in one step, reporting exactly how many succeeded and which rows were skipped with reasons. The assignee picker now shows each candidate's current open-item count and whether they are on shift, sorted on-shift first and then by load, so managers hand off to the right person without opening separate screens.
Use case: A shift supervisor needs to redistribute the morning's unfinished work before a team member leaves early — they select all open items, choose "Hand off selected", and the picker immediately shows who is actively on shift and how loaded each person is.
Available in: Frontline Execution → Day Sheet → Work detail drawer / Bulk action bar
Appointment Scheduler — Required routing question forces invitees to choose before booking
Booking pages that use a routing question — presenting options that redirect to different appointment pages — can now mark the question as required. When required, the public booking page no longer shows a skip link and the booking form is not reachable until an option is chosen. Any direct-access attempt (such as a crafted URL) is redirected back to the chooser with a prompt to select an option. The setting defaults to off so all existing pages keep their current behavior; enabling it turns the page into a pure router.
The edit form also shows a contextual warning when "Require an answer" is ticked but the page has no question text, no options, or no live target pages — making clear that the requirement is not yet in effect and the page still books normally until the routing configuration is complete.
Use case: A professional services team routes prospects to specialist booking pages based on which product they are evaluating, and wants to ensure every visitor makes an explicit selection rather than landing on the fallback meeting type.
Available in: Appointment Scheduler → Booking Pages → Edit → Routing section → "Require an answer"
