Corrective Action Detail Page — inspection corrective action workflow with photos and work order tracking
When a sweep or scheduled inspection logs a finding and escalates it to a corrective action, the assigned employee now has a dedicated page to work from. The page reproduces the original finding in full — severity rating, location and zone, component and damage description, the inspector's notes, and every photo taken at the time of the finding — so the assignee understands exactly what needs to be fixed without referring back to the source inspection. They can log the CMMS work order number and upload completion photos directly on the same page, clearly labeled to distinguish problem evidence from fix evidence.
Use case: A facilities technician is assigned to repair a damaged rack component identified during a warehouse sweep. They open the corrective action, review the original inspector photos and rack assessment responses, record the work order from their CMMS, and upload a completion photo — all without leaving the platform.

Manual QR Code Check-In — event attendance check-in without scanning a QR code
Event check-in now includes a typed-code fallback for attendees who are unable to scan the displayed QR code. The check-in screen shows the 6-character attendance code alongside the QR code, and attendees can submit it through a form on the event's Attendance card. The manual path runs through the same validation and audit logic as a scanned check-in — window enforcement, walk-in handling, deduplication, and host count — and includes a per-user rate limit to prevent guessing.
Use case: A frontline employee attending an on-site training session cannot get their phone camera to scan the projected QR code. They type the six-character code shown on screen instead and are checked in immediately.

Duplicate Department Merge — detect and consolidate duplicate organizational departments
Large organizations that manage departments through imports or multiple administrators often accumulate duplicate department entries that are visually identical but technically separate records. Admins can now detect these duplicates — including variants separated only by invisible characters — and merge them into a single canonical record. The merge automatically repoints every reference to the duplicate: goals, recruiting jobs, succession plans, store budgets, policy and survey audience scopes, and HR staff visibility rules, so no data is silently lost.
Use case: An HR administrator at a multi-location healthcare organization notices that "IT/EMR" appears ten times in the department list. They run the merge tool, confirm which record to keep, and all employee records, open requisitions, and audience scopes update to the surviving department automatically.
Available in: Employee Data Management → Organization → Departments → Manage Duplicates
