Company Profile Brand Research — Automatic brand extraction and theme setup from your company website

Platform administrators can now enter a company website URL and have the platform research it automatically — extracting the company logo, favicon, primary colors, and visual identity. The results appear as reviewable proposals: each fact can be accepted, skipped, or edited inline before applying, so a near-right color or slightly wrong logo variant can be corrected without leaving the flow. Accepted branding is applied directly to the platform theme, giving teams a consistent look without manual hex-code entry or separate designer involvement.

Use case: A new admin setting up the platform enters the company website, reviews the AI-suggested logo and brand colors, corrects one color value inline, and applies the theme — the platform matches the company's visual identity in under five minutes.

Document AI from a URL — Use a web link as an AI document source, not just a file upload

AI-powered document features — including RFP Desk, Policy Hub, SOP Hub, Contracts, and Ask AI attachments — now accept a public URL as a document source alongside file uploads. HTML pages are converted to clean text automatically; PDFs and other file types served at a URL are handled the same as a direct upload. Private or access-controlled URLs (such as a Google Doc requiring sign-in) are detected and surface a readable error rather than producing output based on a login screen.

Use case: An RFP coordinator pastes the link to a publicly posted solicitation document instead of downloading and re-uploading it — the AI reads and analyzes the document directly from the source.

Wiki Bookmarks — Wiki pages integrated with platform-wide bookmarks

Wiki pages are now part of the platform-wide bookmarks system. Bookmarking a wiki page adds it to the shared bookmarks list accessible across the web app, mobile app, dashboard widget, and sidebar — alongside bookmarks from other apps. Previously, wiki "pins" were isolated to the Wikis app and did not appear elsewhere; existing pins have been migrated to the new system automatically.

Use case: A team member bookmarks a wiki page with onboarding instructions on their phone; the same bookmark appears in their desktop bookmarks panel the next time they log in.
