Milestone Gift Experiences — anniversary and new-hire reward redemption in the Company Store

Recognition milestones — work anniversaries and new-hire welcome moments — now include a direct path to the Company Store. When an anniversary milestone fires, the employee receives a notification that deep-links to a dedicated gift landing page showing only the collections the admin has mapped to that milestone tier, so there is no hunting through an unrelated catalog. New hires automatically receive a welcome points grant on their first login, paired with a one-time dashboard celebration banner that makes the moment feel intentional rather than administrative.

Store admins can now mark individual items as personalizable. At checkout, the employee fills in the relevant fields (such as engraving text or a color choice); those values travel through the order to the employee's order confirmation, the admin fulfillment view, and the fulfillment export — so nothing has to be chased by email after the fact. The starter catalog has also been expanded to include a Travel & Experiences rail, giving HR teams a broader menu to work with when building out milestone reward tiers.

Use case: An HR manager sets the five-year anniversary milestone to unlock a curated "Premium Rewards" collection; the employee receives a milestone notification, clicks through to a landing page showing only that collection, picks a personalized item with a custom engraving, and checks out — all without leaving the platform.

AI Notepad Transcription Policy — organization-wide capture controls with per-user overrides

Admins can now define how AI Notepad captures and retains audio across the organization. A new settings panel exposes eight policy levers: whether capture is enabled at all (off by default, requiring an explicit opt-in), whether employees must acknowledge a consent notice before recording begins (with customizable notice text), the maximum audio retention window, the default language for transcription, and the default auto-capture behavior. Employees can personalize within whatever the admin allows — if a user has not set their own preference, they automatically inherit the admin default without any manual configuration.

Two capture modes are now formally supported: voice dictation (where the employee records a spoken note that becomes a draft, reviewed before being saved) and live system audio capture (which runs the full transcript pipeline and requires a recorded consent acknowledgment when the admin has required one). A nightly retention job automatically purges audio recordings that have aged past each user's effective window, while leaving transcripts and notes intact.

Use case: A legal operations team enables AI Notepad with a mandatory consent notice and a 30-day audio retention ceiling; employees see the notice the first time they record, their audio is purged after 30 days, and transcripts remain searchable indefinitely — all without any per-user IT configuration.

Context-Aware Contracts AI — Ask AI answers questions about the contract you are currently viewing

When you open a contract and click Ask AI, the assistant now reads the full record in front of you — contract number, counterparty, type, status, term, value, payment terms, key clauses, open obligations, and redline count — and answers questions about it immediately. Previously, Ask AI had to search across the 20 most recent contracts to infer which one you were asking about, which produced wrong answers whenever the contract was not near the top of that list. That ambiguity is gone: the context chip now accurately reflects the contract being discussed, and the response is grounded in the right record without extra back-and-forth.

The counterparty field is also now reliable for customer-side contracts. A contract where your organization is the customer (rather than the vendor) correctly identifies and displays the customer account name and which side of the deal each party sits on, both in the agent's responses and in the contract list the agent produces.

Use case: A procurement manager opens a supplier contract that is up for renewal in 14 days, asks "What are the notice-period requirements and the auto-renewal terms?" via Ask AI, and receives a direct answer drawn from that specific contract — no search, no clarifying questions.
