CRM Deals Pipeline — B2B deal tracking from demand signal to closed proposal

Mango GTM now includes a full deal pipeline. When a prospect books a demo or submits an RFP, a deal is created automatically — linking the originating signal, the account, and any resulting proposal into a single tracked record. As the proposal moves through its lifecycle, the deal stage updates in kind, so win/loss outcomes are captured without manual entry. The pipeline view gives revenue teams a real-time count of what is open, what is at risk, and what closed.

Use case: A sales manager reviewing the pipeline can see which deals originated from inbound RFP submissions, where each one sits in the process, and whether a proposal has been sent — all without leaving the platform.

RFP Response Review & Approval — Formal sign-off workflow before submitting an RFP response

RFP responses now pass through a structured review process before they can be submitted. Each section of the response carries its own review state: a reviewer marks it complete, and any subsequent edit clears that sign-off automatically. Once every section is reviewed, the designated responsible person can approve the response — freezing the content and recording who signed off. Editing after approval reverts the response to draft, keeping the audit trail honest. This workflow covers responses drafted by AI and by hand alike, ensuring the same oversight applies regardless of how the content was produced.

Use case: A bid manager wants legal to review the compliance sections before signing off on a government contract response. Legal marks their sections reviewed inside the platform; the bid manager cannot approve until every section is cleared.

Smart Import: Recurring Schedules and Historical Mode — Automated recurring data imports and backdated record migration

The Smart Import data migration hub now supports two capabilities that make importing production-scale datasets practical. Recurring imports run on a schedule against a remote URL, so a nightly sync from an external HR system or asset register requires no manual intervention after initial setup. Historical mode lets administrators import records with their original timestamps preserved — notifications and workflow callbacks are suppressed during historical imports so that backdating years of data does not flood inboxes or trigger automations. A new CSV export option on every import target also makes it straightforward to pull a clean copy of existing data for audit or handoff.

Use case: An IT administrator migrating three years of asset records from a legacy system can import them in historical mode, preserving original purchase dates and assignment histories, without generating notifications for every record created.
