Release Notes

Product Updates — June 6, 2026

  • News Feed Redesign: Pinned Posts, SMEs, Feed Tabs, and Managed Topics — Users now navigate a tabbed feed with six categories, admins can pin posts and assign Subject Matter Experts to managed topics, and the feed gains infinite scroll and audience targeting with live post counts.

  • Automatic Scheduled Merge.dev Data Syncs — Admins can configure a sync frequency on any Merge.dev integration and the platform will automatically pull fresh data from connected accounting or HRIS systems on that schedule, with no manual action required.

  • Team Builder — Managers describe a project or upload an RFP and the system uses AI to extract required skills, propose a team from the existing workforce, and surface skill gaps including uncovered roles and single points of failure.

  • Ballots — Admins can now run structured, auditable votes — Yes/No resolutions and multi-candidate elections — with a frozen voter roster, auto-resolution, full audit history, and notification emails.

  • Calendar group invites: live membership — Members added to an invited group after a calendar event is saved now automatically see the event and can RSVP, without any manual re-invitation or background job.

  • Broadcast posts through Content Moderation — When "Moderate All Content" is enabled, broadcast posts now flow through the moderation queue before fan-out, closing a gap where broadcasts were previously exempt from moderation controls.

  • Ballots App — Mockups and PRD — A new Ballots app is in design, giving organizations a structured way to run formal votes and decisions across their workforce.

  • Calendar Analytics: Core Insights Board — Calendar Integration now includes a full analytics dashboard covering meeting volume, RSVP rates, per-person meeting load, focus time analysis, and scheduled email delivery of reports.

  • Emergency Alert Templates — Full CRUD for Tenant Admins — Administrators can now create, manage, and reuse emergency alert templates, making it faster to send consistent, pre-composed alerts with the right audience and channels already configured.

What's New — June 3, 2026

  • Recurring Event Per-Occurrence Editing — You can now edit a single occurrence of a recurring event without touching the rest of the series, choosing between "This event," "This and following," or "All events."
  • Enforced Broadcast Approval Workflows — Admins can now require editorial sign-off before any broadcast goes live, with a hard gate that blocks non-admin senders from publishing or scheduling without an approved request.
  • Attribute-Based Audience Targeting for Emergency Alerts — Emergency alerts now support the same rich audience targeting as broadcasts — target by department, location, job title, role, named groups, or specific people — with a live recipient-reach preview before sending.
  • Levels & Badges — Employees now earn XP points and unlock badges across tasks, recognition, training, shifts, and more, with managers gaining a dedicated team analytics view showing each direct report's progress.
  • Digital Signage — A new Digital Signage app lets admins manage screens and media content, schedule playlists, track an audit log, and control displays from desktop or mobile — with an AI agent for natural-language administration.
  • News Feed Analytics — The News Feed analytics dashboard is now fully live with sentiment trend charts, active alert tables, Must-Read engagement metrics, and role-based segment filtering for frontline managers.
  • News Feed Signals Dashboard — Managers and admins can now view an AI-classified intelligence dashboard that surfaces questions, risks, ideas, issues, decisions, action items, and sentiment signals from employee posts and comments, with filtering, status tracking, and direct links to source content.
  • Payroll Connect HRIS Sync — HR admins can now pull inbound employee, time off, payroll run, benefits, and department data from 19 HRIS providers (Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, ADP, and more) directly into Payroll Connect, with on-demand sync triggers and a live data viewer.
  • OCR Text Extraction for Contracts — Contract managers can now run AI-powered OCR on scanned or image-based contract files using AWS Textract or Google Document AI, with background processing, in-app notifications on completion, and extracted text that feeds into AI-assisted contract field population.
  • Voice of Customer NPS/CSAT from Survey Responses — Customer success managers can now view real NPS and CSAT scores on each account page, automatically calculated from survey responses submitted by that account's contacts, with scores feeding directly into the account health calculation.
  • Automatic CS Task Engine (ACT) — Customer success managers now automatically receive assigned tasks when a Success Plan outcome goes off-track or when an account is approaching renewal risk, with tasks auto-cancelling when the underlying signal clears.
  • Shift Coverage Dashboard — Managers can now see exactly which shifts are understaffed, filter by scheduling group, and click through to fill gaps — all from a dedicated Coverage Dashboard in the Shifts & Scheduling app.
  • AI Autopilot Consoles — Shift Manager, Service Desk, and Onboarding each have a new AI console showing what the AI handled autonomously, surfacing pending approvals, and letting admins dial the trust level without leaving the app.
  • LinkedIn Personal Feed Sharing — Employees can now connect their personal LinkedIn account and share company news and open job listings directly to their own feed, expanding organic reach without requiring admin-managed credentials.
