Ask AI Now Searches Drive Files, Sites, and Wikis — AI company knowledge search across documents, sites, and wikis
Ask AI's shared-knowledge RAG pipeline now draws from three additional content sources: shared Drive files (with OCR extraction for PDFs, Word documents, and images), published Sites pages (audience-gated per user), and Wikis (available business-wide). Permissions are fully respected — Drive results honor shared-drive ACLs and Sites results respect audience targeting — so employees only see content they are authorized to access. This significantly expands the range of company knowledge Ask AI can surface when employees ask questions, without requiring information to be re-entered into a separate HR Policy or SOP record.
Use case: An employee asks Ask AI "What is our remote work policy?" and receives an answer drawn directly from a PDF uploaded to the company Drive, even if the same information was never entered into an HR Policy record.

Forms AI Builder Now On by Default with Tabbed Chat + Preview UI — AI-assisted form creation without manual activation
The Forms AI Builder is now enabled for all tenants by default, removing the need for admins to manually activate the feature flag before using it. The builder interface has been rebuilt with a tabbed layout — a Conversation tab for describing the form in plain language and a Form Preview tab that updates live as the AI generates fields. Suggestion cards include a "View Preview" button that jumps directly to the preview, and the overall design has been refreshed with a modern bubble chat style and a centered empty state. Admins can go from opening Forms to completing an AI-assisted form build without any prior setup.
Use case: An admin opens Forms and immediately sees the AI Builder option, describes a safety checklist in plain language, and watches the form take shape in the Preview tab as the conversation progresses.

Onboarding Plan Timeline as the Unified Build-in-Place View — single timeline editor for onboarding plans with all item types
The onboarding plan detail page has been rebuilt around a single timeline layout that shows every item type — tasks, forms, documents, surveys, trainings, and checkpoints — together in one scrollable view. Each time band (Pre-boarding, Week 1, Week 2, Month 1, and so on) has its own Add picker that opens the existing add dialog pre-set to that band, and every row carries inline edit, remove, and mark-done actions. Type filter chips let managers narrow the full journey to one item type at a time. The previous by-type details view has been removed, giving HR managers a complete picture of a new hire's full journey without switching between tabs.
Use case: An HR manager setting up a 90-day onboarding journey can see every task, form, training, and checkpoint in one scrollable timeline, click "Add" within the Month 1 band to attach a compliance training, and immediately see it appear in context without switching between tabs.
Available in: Onboarding Hub → Plans → Plan Timeline
