Quick Start — $995 one-time
Kickoff session, baseline configuration, and two office hours over a two-week window. Typically offered mid-trial if your team stalls on the activation checklist — not a default add-on at checkout.
Guided — $3,500 one-time
Four-week guided implementation with migration assistance. Built for teams moving from an existing HRIS, WFM tool, or scheduling spreadsheet who want hands-on help to transfer data and train managers.
Billing, Trial & Policies
Both plans require a minimum of 10 users on annual billing. Workforce is $19/user/month and Workforce Pro is $29/user/month — so the floor is $190/month for Workforce and $290/month for Pro. Every active user past 10 is billed at the same per-user list price. A 40-person Workforce tenant pays 40 × $19 = $760/month; a 100-person Pro tenant pays 100 × $29 = $2,900/month. Predictable, line-item pricing.
At 150 active users, admins see a banner offering an enterprise conversation — no feature restriction. At 195, adding more seats is blocked on self-serve and we route you to enterprise sales. Above 200 at renewal we auto-route to an enterprise contract on the same tenant — no data migration.
The 14-day free trial is your evaluation window — cancel any time before day 14 with one click and you're not charged. Once you've started a paid term, annual contracts run to the end of the paid term and we prorate refunds at Finance discretion if there's a real reason. Monthly billing is cancel-any-time and runs to the end of the paid month.
Annual billing is already ~20 percent off monthly. Onboarding add-ons are fixed one-time prices. No percentage discounts on self-serve — list price is list price.
Days 1–7: banner only, full access. Days 8–14: read-only for non-admins. Days 15–29: admin-only access to resolve billing or export data. Day 30+: tenant suspended. You have 60 days to restore after suspension, 90 days of support-assisted export after that.
Yes. Admins can export employees, schedules, time records, leave balances, HR files, forms, and policies as CSV or archive through the customer portal — at any time, including during the 60-day retention window after cancellation.
Yes. SOC 2 Type II, encryption at rest and in transit, 2FA / MFA on every plan, role-based access, and 90-day audit log retention. SSO / SAML, SCIM, custom data residency, and single-tenant deployments are enterprise-only — email our enterprise sales team if those are required.
One user-initiated request to an AI surface (a chat message, an agent run, a summarize action). One request may fan out to multiple internal LLM calls — those aren't charged to your quota. Quotas reset monthly on your billing anniversary. At 80 percent usage, admins get a heads-up. At 100 percent, we hard-stop until reset or upgrade — no surprise overage billing.
