Mango CS: Automated Success Plan Outcome Tracking — auto-track customer engagement in success plans
Customer Success Managers can now connect a Success Plan outcome directly to a live engagement signal from the customer's tenant — post view rate, message read rate, or weekly active users. A nightly sync job pulls the current value and records an on-track or off-track measurement automatically, eliminating the need for manual data collection or estimation. This is particularly useful for CSMs managing multiple accounts who previously had to gather and enter engagement figures by hand.
Use case: A CSM managing a 2,000-employee customer sets a "80% post view rate" outcome on their Success Plan; each morning the platform records the actual 30-day read rate from that tenant's news feed, surfacing a trend line with no manual input.
