Levels & Badges — Employee gamification with XP points, team leaderboards, and custom badges
Levels & Badges is a new marketplace app that brings a structured XP gamification layer to the entire MangoApps Workforce platform. Employees accumulate experience points automatically as they complete tasks, receive recognition, finish training courses, take quizzes, attend shifts, and participate across the platform — with each activity source named in their personal activity feed so progress feels meaningful, not opaque. Admins can create custom badges tied to specific metric categories alongside the built-in badge library, and each employee's profile surfaces their current level, recent XP events, and standing. Managers with direct reports gain a dedicated Team analytics tab showing a per-report progress roster and team summary, making it straightforward to spot who is engaged and who may need encouragement without leaving the app.
Use case: A shift supervisor opens the Team tab and sees that two frontline workers are close to the next badge tier after a busy week — she sends a quick recognition nudge through the platform, which itself awards XP and pushes them over the threshold.

Digital Signage — Workplace screen management with scheduling, analytics, and AI administration
The new Digital Signage app gives organizations a centralized way to manage every workplace display — from lobby screens to breakroom monitors — without a separate platform. Admins can add and organize screens, upload or assign media, schedule content playlists, and review a full audit log of changes, all from desktop or mobile. A REST API gives IT teams and digital signage hardware vendors a clean integration path. An AI agent is available for natural-language administration — asking "show me which screens are offline" or "schedule the safety video on all floor displays for Monday morning" routes through the intent system and executes without clicking through menus.
Use case: An HR team wants to broadcast a benefits enrollment reminder on every office screen for one week — an admin schedules the media campaign in minutes, and the AI agent confirms the active screens and playlist status on request.

News Feed Analytics — Sentiment dashboard with trend charts, active alerts, and Must-Read engagement metrics
The News Feed analytics dashboard, previously a placeholder, is now fully operational. Admins and leadership can view sentiment trend charts across 7-, 30-, or 90-day windows, see a live table of active sentiment alerts, and review Must-Read engagement aggregates — all in one view. Frontline managers see a scoped version restricted to their assigned segments so they get relevant signal without access to org-wide data. A period and segment filter row lets users drill into specific populations, and a banner surfaces a link to AI settings when signal extraction is disabled. The dashboard connects to the full sentiment data pipeline already running in the background, meaning historical data is available immediately on first load.
Use case: A communications director checks the 30-day sentiment view after a policy announcement and spots a dip in one department segment — the alert table surfaces the specific issue, letting them follow up before it becomes a broader concern.
