  • Mobile Employee Onboarding — New hires can now complete their entire onboarding flow on mobile, with guided steps for profile setup, security configuration, notification preferences, and shift availability.
  • Location Hours Budget Basis — The schedule board's hours budget widget now supports three modes per location: scheduled hours, actual timecard hours worked, or both displayed side-by-side, so managers see an accurate picture of labor spend rather than overstating costs when shifts go unworked.

  • AI App Routing for Cases — Service Desk now uses AI to identify which app or area a submitted case belongs to, and assignment rules can match on that classification — so tickets reach the right team automatically without manual re-categorization.

  • CSV Import/Export for Case Assignment Rules — Admins can now export all case routing rules to a CSV file, edit them in bulk in a spreadsheet, and import them back — making it practical to set up or reorganize complex routing configurations without clicking through each rule individually.

  • Inspections — All 12 Field Types in Conduct Mode — Inspectors can now answer every field type — numbers, ratings, sliders, photos, signatures, dropdowns, and more — directly in the conduct flow, with instant pass/fail grading based on configured thresholds.
  • Forms — Per-Field Default Values and Read-Only Mode — Form builders can now set a default value on any text, number, select, or date field and lock it so respondents see the value but cannot change it — with server-side enforcement on every submit path.
  • Job Board — Hiring-Team Collaboration Notes — Recruiters, hiring managers, and admins can now post threaded notes on candidates with a "hiring team" or "just me" visibility toggle, giving the whole team a shared discussion space alongside screening and interview feedback.
  • Form Theming & Multi-Column Layout — Forms now support per-form color themes, custom fonts, branded logos, and multi-column field layouts, giving admins full design control over every form.
  • MCP Connector & OAuth 2.1 — MangoApps now supports the Model Context Protocol with OAuth 2.1, allowing AI clients such as Claude.ai and Cursor to connect directly to your workforce platform with tenant-scoped access and admin-controlled token management.
  • Performance Analytics PDF Export — Every analytics dashboard in Employee Performance Management now includes an "Export Report" button that generates a formatted, branded PDF of the dashboard's data.
  • Central Template Library — Browse, preview, and import pre-built templates across Forms, Inspections, Policy Hub, SOP Hub, Workspaces, and more — without starting from scratch.
  • Skill Requirements on Shift Rule Templates — Admins can now attach required skills, certifications, and minimum proficiency levels directly to reusable shift rule templates, which propagate automatically when templates are applied.
  • Team-level Scheduling Configuration — A new per-team configuration view consolidates roster details, location modes, and rotation pair management in one place for scheduling managers.
  • Inspection Cycles — Admins can now define recurring inspection periods (monthly, quarterly, annual, or custom) that automatically notify teams when a cycle opens and track completion across all linked inspections.
  • Inspection Review Workflow — Completed inspections can now be routed through one or more reviewer levels before being finalized, with approve and reject-with-comments actions at each stage.
  • AI App Builder — Describe a custom business app in plain English and MangoApps builds it — as a full multi-page app, a dashboard widget, or an Ask AI agent — governed by your existing roles, permissions, and audit trail.

  • Product Showcase Filtering by App and Solution — Browse real MangoApps screenshots filtered by specific app or business solution, with solution detail cards that show which apps are included and link to the relevant product pages.

  • Mango Signal — New workforce intelligence app that detects engagement, performance, and risk signals across the platform, recommends actions to managers, and tracks whether improvements actually happened.
  • Goal Supporting Documents & PDF Export — Employees and managers can now attach files to individual goals as evidence, and any goal can be exported as a formatted PDF directly from the goals panel.
  • Calendar: Personal Events — Users can now create their own events in the Calendar app, which appear alongside shifts, time-off, and holidays in a unified view.
  • HR Alerts Admin Controls — HR admins can now configure which alert types are active, choose who receives each (manager, HR team, or employee), and preview the email for each audience before it goes out.
  • Template Studio: AI Customization from Existing Templates — Opening Template Studio from a template page now has the AI refine and adapt that specific template rather than starting from scratch.
  • Template Studio: Copy as Markdown — Completed template sessions can now be copied as Markdown or launched directly, replacing the previous PDF and Word export options.
