Mango Signal — Workforce intelligence and employee engagement tracking

Mango Signal is a new workforce intelligence layer that continuously detects engagement, sentiment, and operational risk signals from across MangoApps — surveys, recognition, performance reviews, shift feedback, and the news feed. It computes a rolling engagement health score for the company, individual teams, managers, and locations, then recommends concrete next actions and tracks whether those actions produced measurable change. Because Mango Signal works within the same tenant as the rest of MangoApps, it has immediate access to workforce context without any HR system integration required.

Use case: An HR director notices a dip in the engagement score for a regional warehouse and finds Mango Signal has already surfaced the top contributing themes and a suggested manager action — they assign it, the manager completes it, and the platform captures the before/after score to confirm improvement.

Goal Supporting Documents & PDF Export — Attach evidence to goals and export as PDF

Goals in the performance management module now support file attachments, allowing employees and managers to upload supporting documents — Word files, PDFs, spreadsheets, images, and more — directly to a goal as evidence of progress or completion. Attachments can be added even after a goal is marked complete or approved, which is the most common scenario for collecting sign-off documentation. Separately, any goal can now be exported as a formatted PDF from the goals panel or sidepanel, capturing all fields, ratings, and attachments in a single downloadable file.

Use case: A sales manager uploads a quarterly attainment report as evidence against a revenue goal after the review period closes, then downloads the full goal as a PDF to share with their VP during the calibration meeting.

Calendar: Personal Events — Create your own events alongside shifts and time-off

The Calendar app now lets users create personal events that appear in the same grid as their shifts, approved time-off, and company holidays. The event composer follows standard calendar conventions — the end time is the primary control, and adjusting the start time preserves the event's duration rather than collapsing it. Event details display full labels on dashboard cards so context is visible at a glance.

Use case: A frontline supervisor creates a one-on-one meeting directly in their work calendar so it shows alongside their scheduled shifts without needing to switch to a separate personal calendar app.
