Procurement: Serial Tracking, Mobile Catalog & Partial Receipts — inventory serial numbers, multi-shipment POs, and mobile procurement for frontline teams

Procurement now supports per-unit serial number tracking from the moment items are received through to fulfillment — giving operations and IT teams a complete audit trail of which specific unit was shipped to which employee. Purchase orders can now be received in stages: a per-line received-quantity form replaces the previous all-or-nothing "mark received" button, so teams can process partial vendor deliveries as they arrive without waiting for the full order. The entire procurement workflow — browsing the catalog, creating manual requisitions, managing supply orders, and receiving POs — is now available on mobile, making it practical for warehouse staff, field teams, and store managers who don't work at a desk. A new Shipped Equipment report (available as HTML and CSV) traces every serial number from receipt to issuance, and the chargeback report now supports custom date ranges for finance teams who need to pull data outside standard quarter or year boundaries.

Use case: A warehouse manager receives a split shipment of laptops, logs the first batch against the open PO from their phone, and later uses the Shipped Equipment report to confirm exactly which serial numbers were assigned to which employees.

Shifts: Skills-Based Role Requirements with Per-Shift Overrides — automatic skill matching for shift assignments and marketplace eligibility

Administrators can now define the skills required for each role at the business level, and those requirements automatically propagate to every shift assignment decision — including eligibility checks for self-claiming, manager assignment validation, candidate suggestions, and open marketplace matching. Managers retain the flexibility to override defaults or add ad-hoc skills on individual shifts when a particular posting has unusual requirements. A new Staff Requirements card on the shift editor surfaces role quantities and their associated skills in one place, with a "Reset to defaults" option when a shift has diverged from the admin-defined standard. This replaces the need to manually specify skill requirements on every shift, ensuring that coverage quality is enforced consistently across the schedule rather than depending on individual managers to remember the right criteria.

Use case: A retail chain requires all Customer Service Associates to hold a food safety certification; once the admin sets this at the role level, only certified employees appear as eligible candidates for those shifts — no per-shift setup required.

Schedule Requests: Team Dashboard & Manager On-Behalf-Of Submission — manager visibility into team schedule requests and proxy submission for frontline employees

The schedule request dashboard now includes a dedicated Team Requests tab for managers, showing all pending and historical requests from their direct and indirect reports as well as anyone assigned to their location. A live badge on the tab displays the count of requests awaiting attention, so managers can triage quickly without hunting through individual employee records. Managers can also submit schedule requests on behalf of team members who lack access to MangoApps outside of work hours — a common need in retail, hospitality, and field service environments where employees primarily interact through a kiosk or not at all. The submitted request is attributed to the employee, while the manager's name is recorded as the creator, preserving a clear audit trail of who initiated the request and on whose behalf.

Use case: A store manager creates a time-off request for a part-time employee who contacted them by phone, ensuring the request is logged in the system before the scheduling window closes — without requiring the employee to log in.
