AI App Builder — Build custom business apps with plain-English prompts, no coding required
MangoApps now includes an AI App Builder that turns a plain-English description into a working, governed application — without any code. You describe what you need, the AI asks clarifying questions to refine the spec, then generates a complete app that runs inside your MangoApps tenant. The result inherits your existing employee data, role-based permissions, and audit trail from day one. Every build goes through automated validation and a post-deploy smoke test, with up to three automatic fix-and-redeploy attempts before it is considered complete.
Three build targets are supported from a single conversation: a full multi-page app (database tables, CRUD pages, navigation, approval workflows, role-based access, and integrations); a dashboard widget (a focused tile that pulls live data from anywhere in the platform — tickets, attendance, compliance status — for the people who need it most); and an Ask AI agent (a conversational specialist surfaced inside the Ask AI sidebar with custom data sources and domain-specific answers).
Use case: An operations team that has been tracking equipment inspections in a shared spreadsheet can describe the process to the AI App Builder and have a governed app — with intake forms, approval chains, and an audit trail — live in their tenant in under ten minutes.

Product Showcase Filtering by App and Solution — Browse real MangoApps screenshots by app, solution, and industry
The MangoApps product showcase now supports filtering by specific app and by business solution, in addition to the existing industry and device filters. Selecting an app (such as Scheduling, Service Desk, or Forms) narrows the gallery to screenshots from that application only. Selecting a solution displays a detail card describing the use case, listing the apps included in that solution with direct links to their product pages, and filtering the screenshot gallery accordingly. Both filters are available on desktop via the sidebar and on mobile via the quick-pick dropdown.
This makes it practical for HR, IT, and operations teams evaluating MangoApps to see exactly how the platform looks in the context that matters to them — whether that is a workforce scheduling workflow, a service request queue, or a frontline communication hub — without scrolling through unrelated screens.
Use case: A facilities manager evaluating MangoApps for asset tracking can navigate to the showcase, select the Asset Management app, and immediately see real screenshots of the app configured for that purpose across web and mobile.
