MangoApps earned a Silver Stevie® Award for embedding AI across HR and workforce operations at enterprise scale, supporting 2M+ daily users.

MangoApps was named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the AI in Human Resources & Talent Management category in The 24th Annual American Business Awards® today. The company was recognized for its nomination titled "Embedding AI into HR & Workforce Operations at Enterprise Scale."

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.'s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning "crowned," the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 9. Tickets are now on sale.

More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Thought Leader of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. MangoApps was nominated in the AI in Human Resources & Talent Management category for its work embedding AI across HR and workforce operations at enterprise scale.

MangoApps has spent the past several years building AI into the foundation of its unified workforce platform rather than bolting it on as a feature. The result is a platform that brings together communications, workforce management, learning, knowledge management, and HR services in a single system used by both desk and frontline employees.

Recent capabilities recognized by judges include generative AI for creating pages, forms, and workflows from natural language prompts; AI-powered scheduling and shift swap tools; AI-driven onboarding; and conversational AI assistants that work across enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ADP, UKG, and ServiceNow. The platform currently supports organizations as large as 300,000 employees, with engagement rates reaching 88% across deployments. Over 2 million users currently rely on MangoApps at work, every day.

"This recognition reflects the work our team has put into making AI genuinely useful across the employee lifecycle, not just in one corner of it," said Anup Kejriwal, CEO and Founder, MangoApps. "From frontline scheduling to HR self-service to workforce onboarding, we've focused on embedding AI where the work actually happens. We're proud of what the team has built and grateful for this recognition."

More than 250 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year's Stevie Award winners.

"Organizations across the United States continue to set a high standard for innovation and performance," said Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller. "The breadth and quality of nominations submitted to the 2026 American Business Awards reflect a dynamic and competitive business environment, where organizations are finding new ways to drive growth, deliver value, and make an impact."
