Use cases

Offer creation and approval
A recruiter drafts an offer from a template and submits it; the workflow whose conditions match the offer routes it to the right approvers automatically, with a salary-threshold fallback when no workflow matches.
Candidate negotiation
A candidate counters from the portal; the hiring team records a company response, marks the final offer, and completes the round — all tracked on one timeline.
E-signature and HR filing
An approved offer is sent for signature via the native or an external provider; when the candidate signs, the signed PDF syncs to their HR file automatically.
Onboarding hand-off
After the candidate accepts, one click moves them to hired and kicks off an onboarding plan (in Onboarding Hub when enabled, or a basic plan otherwise).
Compensation sanity-check
Before sending, the team compares the offer to salary benchmark estimates and lets the pay-equity guard flag potential bias in the compensation decision.
AI assistant triage
HR asks the assistant 'what needs my approval?' or 'which offers expire this week?' and acts on the results from chat, with a confirmation preview before any change.

FAQ

Yes. Build named letter templates by role level and region, with default compensation ranges, benefits, and multi-section bodies that use merge fields. Approval workflows are fully configurable: create multiple named workflows with match conditions (salary range, department, location, job level, employment type), a default fallback, and multiple approval levels with per-level approver types and minimum-approver counts.

Offer letters are assembled from your templates and populated with merge fields (candidate, job, compensation) — they are not generated by AI per offer. AI does help elsewhere: a built-in assistant can draft a starter offer, look up status, search offers, summarize negotiations, and return salary benchmark estimates, and AI can help you author template content. The salary benchmarks are built-in heuristic estimates, not a live market-data feed.

Send the offer letter for signature directly from the offer detail page using the built-in E-Signature app (native) or an external provider you've connected in System Integrations (DocuSign, HelloSign/Dropbox Sign, Adobe Sign, and others). Track status as it moves from sent to viewed, signed, declined, or expired, resend the request, and download the signed PDF — which also syncs to the candidate's HR file on signing. E-signature must be enabled in Offer Manager settings.

Yes. Candidates can submit a counter-offer (salary, bonus, equity, start date, notes) from the candidate portal, or your team can record counters on their behalf. Each round — candidate counter and company response — is tracked on the offer timeline, and you can mark a final offer and complete the negotiation as accepted or rejected. The maximum number of counter-offer rounds is admin-configurable.

Sent offers carry an expiration date and are flagged as they approach it. Recruiters can extend the expiration (each extension is recorded with a reason in the audit trail) or withdraw and reissue the offer as a fresh draft.

Offer Manager requires a license and is opt-in per tenant — an administrator enables it for your business from the Apps Marketplace. It is disabled by default until then. Contact your MangoApps administrator about enabling it for your organization.

They cover different stages of hiring. Job Board publishes openings and collects applicants.
