The agent evaluates technical skills, experience, education, and cultural fit using configurable weights that must total 100. Scores range from 0–100 with a default minimum threshold of 60.
Yes. When autonomous mode is enabled and a candidate scores above the auto-advance threshold (default 85), the agent can move them to the next stage automatically.
Outreach emails are generated as drafts by default. Sending requires approval unless the approval setting for outreach is disabled by an admin.
Every screening decision passes through a bias validation layer that flags non-job-related factors. The agent only considers skills, experience, education, and certifications.
