Overview

Ideas turns scattered suggestions into a transparent pipeline. Employees submit ideas, everyone upvotes and discusses, and reviewers score them with the RICE model and move them through an admin-configurable set of lifecycle stages. Ideas can optionally be grouped into time-boxed campaigns that route to a chosen reviewer panel. A per-idea audit log records every stage move, score change, and content edit; admins read pipeline analytics (stage funnel, implementation rate, time-in-stage, top contributors) and export the current view to CSV. Every screen reads live from workspace settings and the lifecycle-stage model, so configuration propagates everywhere with no hardcoded assumptions.
