Talent Hub AI
Pipeline summary, open positions, hiring metrics, sources.
Overview
Talent Hub has no candidates, jobs, or offers of its own — it's built directly on the records Job Board, Interview Scheduler, and Offer Manager create, so there's no export or import step to see your pipeline in one place. The drag-and-drop board enforces that link: moving a candidate to Offered opens a real Offer Manager offer instead of just flipping a status field, and Hired only happens once an offer is signed.
On that shared data, Talent Hub tracks time-to-fill, conversion and offer-acceptance rates, and cost-per-hire; ranks sourcing channels by hire rate and ROI with UTM attribution; and runs EEO-1, applicant-flow, and four-fifths adverse-impact reports you can export or schedule as recurring emails. A built-in AI assistant answers pipeline questions in chat and surfaces sourcing and forecasting insights for a recruiter to act on.
A product overview of Talent Hub — the unified recruiting dashboard for pipeline visibility, time-to-hire and source-effectiveness metrics, and AI hiring insights across all open roles.

FAQ
Talent Hub is the analytics and command center for your recruiting suite. It aggregates candidates, interviews, and offers across all open roles into one place—a drag-and-drop pipeline board, hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, conversion rates, offer acceptance, cost-per-hire), source-effectiveness and ROI tracking, EEO compliance reports, and AI insights—plus an action center that surfaces what needs attention today.
Job Board is where you post openings and candidates apply; Interview Scheduler and Offer Manager run interviews and offers. Talent Hub is the analytics, pipeline, and reporting layer that sits on top of all of them—it doesn't collect applications itself, it makes sense of the data those apps generate. Succession Hub is a different discipline entirely: planning internal successors for key roles, not tracking external candidate pipelines.
Recruiting staff (admins, HR admins, and recruiting app admins) or anyone with the Recruiting View permission. See the Talent Hub FAQ for the full access breakdown.
Yes. It includes an EEO compliance dashboard with diversity metrics, an EEO-1 report by year, applicant-flow analysis by job or department, adverse-impact analysis using the four-fifths rule, and diversity-trend reporting. These reports are Manager-gated and exportable to CSV or PDF.
AI generates pipeline-optimization insights, sourcing recommendations, interview-quality insights, bias/adverse-impact analysis, and a 30- and 90-day hiring forecast. A built-in Ask AI assistant answers pipeline questions in chat. An admin can turn AI sections on or off in settings.
Yes. Talent Hub includes mobile-optimized views for jobs, candidates, interviews, and offers so recruiters can stay informed on the go. Phone browsers are redirected to the mobile experience automatically.
Talent Hub requires a license and is opt-in per business—there is no free tier. An administrator enables it for the whole business from the Apps Marketplace, so it is licensed at the business level rather than per recruiter seat.
