Contract Obligations, Renewals and PO Coverage — Contract lifecycle management after signature

Contracts now carry their commitments into the tools people already use after signing. Each obligation on a live contract appears as a task, and completing either one updates the other. Renewal dates appear on My Calendar and in a private calendar feed, and each renewal comes with a decision page summarizing the figures. Requisitions, purchase orders and approvals show whether a contract already covers the purchase. Legal, procurement and finance teams can track deadlines without keeping a separate spreadsheet.

Use case: A procurement manager approving a purchase order sees that it falls under an existing supplier agreement. Months later, the contract's renewal date appears on their calendar with a decision page, well before the notice window closes.

Embed Ask AI on Any Intranet — Add an AI assistant to your company intranet or portal

You can now place the Ask AI assistant on your own intranet, partner portal or internal website with one script tag and a key. People sign in with their existing MangoApps account in a secure pop-up window, so your IT team doesn't need to build a backend, share a secret or set up SSO first. On the Embedded assistants screen, admins choose how people sign in for each assistant, and they can switch the sign-in method later.

Use case: An IT administrator adds Ask AI to the company's SharePoint homepage in an afternoon, so employees can ask about policies or their schedules without leaving the intranet.

Voice Mode in the Chrome Extension — Talk to your AI assistant from the browser

The MangoApps for Chrome side panel now includes voice mode. Click the microphone to ask Ask AI a question out loud and hear the answer spoken back, with each conversation saved to your chat history. The side panel now also offers the same features as the web assistant: it follows the page you're viewing, and it includes searchable chat history, personal memory and a prompt library. People can get answers hands-free while they work in other browser tabs.

Use case: A recruiter reviewing a candidate's profile in another tab asks out loud which open positions fit that candidate and hears the answer without typing.
